I am not part of the califonia scene, but I got the impression the only reason prop 19 didn´t pass was that you were waiting for prop 215, which would be a better deal overall for small growers and consumers alike?

obviously you've never read the law. it states clearly that the doctor may recommend cannabis "for any ailment for which it provides relief" and under my federally protected doctor client privelages, my ailments are none of your business period. obviously all of these karma catching recreational users in disguise , had a doctor tell them he felt they might benefit from cannabis use.
