San Diego Finest Cuts #3

DRM ranch! Welcome bro! These guys should be able to provide quite a bit of info as you experiment man...glad you came by...
Everyone please suspend any new guy hazing on DRM....haha..he's a little bit crazy and I will have to deal w it when hes helping me in the grow!

A "little" crazy??? I'm touched that you think so highly of me.

I'll try not to blame any grow issues on your failure to keep me in line, you can say "I told you so" if I slip up.

The only hazing I need is this SSHing (<---lame play on words) to do well in flower starting next week. It seems like it needs a bit more Magnesium at weeks 6+ in veg than the OSH. On that note it does seem to me that there is a more or less direct correlation between how much light the plants get and how much Magnesium deficiency signs are seen. Where a fan leaf shades a stem there is no purpling, I've noted this on both my OSH and SSH.

My OSH is fine now with a very light dose of MagPro, I think I have her fairly dialed in as far as my current situation with the T-5s go.

As for the SSH, I really like the structure I'm getting under the T-5s, I just need to nail down the obviously different nutrient ratio needs.

Welcome DRM Ranch

Thank you, thank you!

Okay, that was more complicated than it needs to be, in any case, that's my OSH in flower under T-5HO.

Love the SDF showing, Heady!

The GG#4 x (GROM x Digi Bx1) - both have heritage parents that Greyskull brought to the community. Love how the distant pairing of two of his gems produces such awesome dank!!!

I still need me some Med Tree gear...

Continuing the Med Tree parade, here's the 8.5 week chop (11/13) on my last of three Adub x Louis XIII beans I planted. I would have let it go another week but the three gallon sub irrigated pots make for very large, vigorous plants and space is at a premium.

The smoke on this line is fantastic, its got a good, strong dank flavor that reminds me of the weed I smoked back in NorCal. The only real downside to this line is trimming them down. High bud to leaf ratio, but theres so much frost you basically spend the entire time cleaning your shears / fingers / everything you touch.

Amazing job. It motivated me enough to cull some old gear and pop a pack in hopes of finding something similar. It's been in the 'next" pile for awhile but your grow expedited it's position in the rotation.

Thanks EC. :) You'll find that every bean you plant of that Adub x Louis XIII is excellent and remarkably uniform for what I am assuming is an F1 cross. Great work, glad to be playing the with genetics.

Heres Zamaldelica x [(Purple Thunk x White Widow) x Tom Hill Haze] at 5 weeks, just starting to put on frost. Stems and frost have a purple, mango-carrot smell when rubbed - very weird.

Killed it! All 4 of the test results you posted on IG were impressive but #2 & #6 are almost setting new precedents. I'm a huge advocate of the Entourage Effect and those 2 have it all. I'm stoked you found those and hope they serve their purpose. (looks like they might have been the better yielders too)

thanks EC!

your hard work made my job easy. just sit back and puff when done!

:respect:

here are the test results from our MEDTREE ACDC COOKIES. i agree #2 is an amazing profile. they all are THB. i've never seen thc-v that high! and under lights no less! #3 was the highest yeilding, but none were disappointing in that regard.

these results are from the seedling plants btw. all four were sharing a single 10 gallon no till living soil container!

unfortunately due to a scheduling error i am gambling on some buds-on-sticks type cuts, and then the reveg phase after that. so needless to say i've got another pack of ACDC cookies on order as a failsafe

i think i'm gonna have to try the richness out as well :pimp3:

EC... is the Platinum Cookies from SoCal Seeds? I know you've used his Hard Lemon in quite a bit of your work

"Cookie Cough male (KKSC x Plat GSC bx2) a little more than a week away from adding some new flavor to a few of my old (and new) favorites."
