Saliva tests

the wifes and I's workplace do randoms with these.. Luckily I have never been popped.. On the other hand she was popped recently ( doesnt smoke or drink) but takes pseudophed for sinuses daily... bet you cant guess what happened.?.. yep positve for meth. FWIW we work in the healthcare field. They sent her right away to the lab for a piss test which was clean obviously. Think more companies will be using these for cost effectiveness. I carry a different and older version of mouthwash but dont have much faith in it because I am a daily smoker. FWIW I am rollling the dice daily. My work record is impeccable for 20 years and I dont show up under the influence. If I were to get the call dont know if I would refuse (immediate termination) or roll the dice with mouthwash. Licensures also at risk. Think I will updating to the latest and greatest mouthwash cus mine is bout 4 years old ( thank god!!!) Hope I just didnt bad kharma myself.. but hey , Im
a caring good guy.. I should be one of the last on kharmas list.

It's proving difficult getting reliable information about those testers. I just found one single scientific paper on this, and it remains some kind of a mistery whether it is true that what these devices detect is just cannabinoids that get stuck in your mouth when you inhale or whether, on the contrary, they come from your bloodstream and are secreted within saliva.

I guess I'll have to do a little more google-research. Cheers!
