Thought I let you folks know that the next two Saturdays are the Last ‘Farmers Market’, for the season, in Clear Lake (Lucerne) to get your outdoor!

I work in Sac & it is 3 hours (if you don't speed) each way. Hope you folks don’t mind the post, just trying to share.

C99 is the shit!! This cut came to me from a friend. But it isn't the original. These are f3's from a large population of C99 original Grimm genetics.
Flower time is around 8 to 9 weeks for max yield. 60 days is perfect. The yield is unreal. HUGE!! Resin production is off the charts. The taste is different. Its hard to describe, but I think its like rotting meat. A MUST HAVE IN ANYONE'S GARDEN!

I'm not 100% on it genetic make up. But I think it was Jack Herer x Shiva Skunk.
This is Sly and MrSoul descriptions of C-99-

This strain may be the "Holy Grail". The result of painstakingly backcrossing a VERY RARE female to her male progeny over 3 generations. This hybrid was specifically bred for indoor cultivation. Short-statured & heavily branched, this plant grows LONG, dense colas with an EXTREMELY high flower/leaf ratio and OUTRAGEOUS resin production. The breeder has observed a "giant leap" in potency with each progressive generation and, as expected, Cinderella 99 has topped all previous results - her high is heavily influenced by Haze; clear, energetic & devastatingly psychoactive. A plant with all of the above is rare enough, but Cinderella 99 finishes flowering after a scant 50 days of 12/12! Above-average yields of crystal covered buds reeking of tropical fruit aromas can be harvested every other month once a mother plant is selected and asexually propagated.

You guys that have such access should take a moment now and then to realize just how LUCKY you are to be able to get clones at all. It is human nature to take things for granted, but reflecting on ones' blessings is a sure way to appreciate them. Not preaching at all; I am just stunned that you can so freely grow and sell clones.

Living in the South ( North Carolina ) means that even a seed found will bring a charge. A clone is just another plant to charge someone with. Cops here have NO tolerane at all; no breaks for pot at all. They make so much money from the thousands of petty pot busts that it fuels their whole scheme, basically, and they enforce it terribly.

If I had the money I would move to Northen Cal. immediately. My daughter, an adult, and I could establish medical gardens as we both have medical issues, and could trim for others anytime needed. We are trying to save for the move, but it looks like it will be a long time, and that is depressing as hell.

Is it POSSIBLE for a father/daughter team to find a place to live in Humboldt county or thereabouts and survive on...say, 1600 $ a month, plus any revenue gleaned from growing or trimming? Honest, hard working people who keep their mouths shut and are loyal to the cause should be able to survive, right? Please give me your opinion as to how we, with little resources other than disability checks, could survive there until we got a crop going?

I am thinking about the possibility of growing enough to sell some to dispensaries and perhaps grow clones as well. I am not a novice grower although the massive plants I see out there are not something we see here. Any advice appreciated. We REALLY want to escape the South and love the climate of NorCal. Thanks.

I get by in the Bay Area on about $1,500 a month, so a person should be able to do okay up north on $1,600+ a month. So yes, it's do-able.

If weed is a big part of your life, and the place where you live will put you in prison for smoking weed, I'd say it's time to stop thinking about the obstacles involved in moving to California, and start making the move despite the sacrifices and hardships involved.

Smokymtntoker: Humboldt isn't the only pot friendly place in N CA. The northern end of the sac valley has a low cost of living and the cops dont mess with you as much as other places

In local news today: my aerocloner is finally doing its job and i think i'll be able to deliver fresh, healthy clones in the near future.. going into my cloner sometime this week is.. blueberry, g13 x sd, afgooey, OG kush (unknown pheno but its OG), kaia kush and maybe a row or two of some of my untested paki landrace females...waiting on my bubba to grow up to take cuts for those of you waiting for that...........Play Nice

Thanks much for the reply. You are right, I should just do it. It will take more than I have now but in time I will make it happen. I am open to any area of Norcal that is easygoing ...what towns are in the area of ' the northern end of sac valley"? I will look it up and check out the area. Moving costs will be out of the question right now but maybe soon...we really want out of here badly. I am so sick of paranoia every time I fire up and growing indoors has made me a virtual hermit. I trust no one but my daughter and maintain tight security.

So, California here we come!! As soon as humanly possible.

The northern end of the Sacramento Valley usually means Redding.

Like anywhere else, Redding is a nice enough place, but it gets hotter than hell up there pretty much June through September, with little relief. We're talking many, many days over 100 degrees.

Another thing with Redding, which is the same with any semi-rural area in NorCal, is that the economy is really in the tank, and money just doesn't flow too well. People don't spend much, and jobs don't pay much.

The Humboldt Coast has much nicer weather, but the economy there is even tougher. One nice compromise would be the Santa Rosa area, where the cost of living is still pretty high, but you can find a semi-rural place and still have access to the city.

The foothills above Sacramento are pretty nice, up near Pollock Pines, and you're only 45 minutes away from a fairly big city where there's more work and money flowing around.

Here in the Bay Area your $1,600 a month will be eaten up by rent. In any decent neighborhood a 2 bedroom apartment will run you $1,300 a month, and that won't be anything fancy, believe me. I live by renting a room in a home, which is still $700 a month. The Bay Area is a bitch for cost of living.

Anyway, the coolest places to smoke and grow weed are in the Bay Area and up the north coast. Out in the valley things can be a little more dicey, with some counties still being uptight. Good luck with your plans!

He could live pretty good on that $1600 a month out here in yuba county.Economy means nothing if he's gonna grow to supply patients. Yuba isn't uptight, i ran my own dispensary out of the electronics aisle of our walmart and had no problems(lol..dont listen to me)..3 bedrooms w/ a yard is around $800 a month......Butte, sutter and tehama counties are pretty good too if you look hard enough

I love Sacramento. I make it a point to smoke a joint on Capitol grounds at least once a week.

Me and 3 friends were once rolled up on in a dark Downtown alley by 3 cops with flashlights demanding to know what we were doing, and when we showed them the burning joint (a mighty 2-skin cone, no less) they all smiled, dropped their flashlights and said "no problem, not the hardened criminals we're looking for, carry on". I hit the joint and smiled, and waved them on their way with a giant cloud of Super Jack smoke.
