all milky, on the verge of amber for sure;
when i scoped them most recently nearly every plant had at least SOME amber trichs. we are having some very warm days and nites right now so plants outside are really enjoying themselves; however, most of them appear to be done growing; no white hairs at all anymore and calyxes are swollen; i suppose they continue to subtly grow at this point, becoming denser and heavier, greasier.

^24K White by Karma Genetics
such a perfect og flavor to me; reminds me of og18, scotts og, triangle kush, pure kush, ghost - stony like glue, SUPER POTENT.

^ another dosidos pic, because it's that beautiful
not quite as strong as the 24k white but super magnificent cookies & kush flavor - lots of ogk hints in there for sure but plenty of sweet cookies / p-nut buttery /sweet cream even at times on the exhale.

^ Sin Valley OG
SFV OG x Blue Power by sin city seeds
kinda like the 24k white - the flavor is just iconic, to me nearly a dead ringer for SFV; but my pals who have grown blue power several time say it has hints of the power in there; either way the strain is a beast - im revegging a plant from outside hoping to keep it around because i bet it will yeild better indoors than the 24K White

Flo x (Flo x Ox)
smells like Sour D and Bubba, strangely, this pheno of the bx to flo is oddly missing any floral or sweet / fruity smells - it's all sour / bitter gas and earthy musky dirty fuel with small buds, not super dense, but greasy as hell, as frosty as the glue (which i may even like more) but this trogger bx is new and interesting, probably needs to cure to arrive a true smoke flavor.

pretty much an instant classic in my garden and been that way ever since, really could easily be my #1 favorite strain to smoke, but everything else is new(er) to me - also i'm saving the glue for longer cure and headstash for the holiday season

^ Norcal Catpiss x Moontang
very unique smell, perhaps a pine/lemon with hints of ammonia & basil(?) give it a cleaning product kind of smell - antiseptic and kind of acrid / bitter
sour sandalwood.... is that a thing? it is now

nice OG smell and flavor, aromatic wood like pine/cedar and hint of earthy ammonia give it some nice flavors in the smoke but not the kind of taste to blow your mind... what's really nice is how this plant grows, my friend who passed her to me called her "octopus plant" because of lateral branching and budding that filled in the plant inside and low. not that golfballs on a vine-branch type growth that many OGK's do.

flavors are white widow leaning (cheese-y, acrid green) where the bubba kush is present but definitely in the backseat where smell & smoke flavor are concerned. I think this one will get better with time in the jar - keeping an eye on it.

comes first in this post because it (like the glue) could also be at the top of the list - altho this particular cut i have right now doesn't get as dense or isn't as vigorous as pervious flo cuts i have held - it retains the unique floral stanky earthy musk of DJ's Flo. I'm always on the look for the killer colorado flo....

^ Daywrecker Headband
no more sweet smells when this girl is finished - she is all stanky acrid sour with strong hints of green skunk cabbage. smell is woody and bitter but the smoke is smooth and tasty with maybe hints of spearmint(?) and OG.
IF this is the real Daywrecker Headband then i could see why people were attracted to it - unique smell/flavor and high yielding large dense buds. just not my favorite smell profile and the smoke is pretty similar to the smell

smells like purps and trainwreck, kinda like a berry lemon cough syrup - too much trainwreck (island sweet skunky, maybe), too much sweet sweet citrus for my tastes personally - very pretty strain that's for sure purple calyxes and green leaves with plenty of white trichomes.

smells like vanilla citrus candy very sweet, no bitter citrus/lemon - almost too sweet smelling - almost nauseating sweet smell. smoke is similarly sweet, lots of trait from smell translates into the smoke flavor. reminds me of trainwreck or golden goat smells & flavs

^ Sour Tsunami x Scotts OG (AKA "Scotts Sour Tsunami" or "SST") #2 the sativa pheno
altho hints of OGKush are present in the smlle it's reallly all nasty stanky deep green skunk cabbage - a smell i don't know how to describe, it's not only bad smelling (which isn't that unusual for weed, nasty is normal) but i also don't like it (a very unusual characteristic for weed, even flavors i don't prefer like the trainwreck/durban smell&flavor i think are nice sweet smells). this is truly nasty smelling - im told it's similar to a popular local cut of "love potion". also some unusual hints of spearmint deep in the smoke flavor; but mostly just green skunk cabbage - perhaps a hint of OG from the woody-ness?

SO......those are all the strains i have in jars right now in front of me, notice how newer strains tend to be toward the top of the list, that's just because i love new flavors, things like glue and flo and even the lemon ox could be at the top, but it's just my preference of flavors at this time. What matters is everything has strong smells even without touching the buds, just from opening a jar or bag, and everything has flavor in the mouth when smoked that is true to the strain.
