I want to know more about the HIGHLAND BURMESE & CELESTRIAL TEMPLE SATIVA, these seem to be the fastest landrace sativas other than some mexicans. Hopefully someone in the future can add input on these 2 strains. Anyone ???

I'm pretty much wondering about these too... I see VISC saying Burmese almost 100% Sativa, and claiming 6-8 weeks flowering.. Which I know they HAAVE to mean 6-8 weeks from when they start showing flower growth not 12/12. Either way though.. I am looking for a Sativa that doesnt have you on the edge of your seat in a bad way like some shit coke or something. I wanna be Soaring high feeling like I'm glowing with a "nuclear" energy or some shit. Kinda the best way to describe it.

I'm trying to think the best place to start. I'm pretty interested in VISC (Vancouver Island Seed Co) they have a whole line of Burmese strains. Also Chimera's Fighting Buddha is Burmese x Dj's Blueberry (oldschool good stock). Also I believe Nepal Highland is another strain (CBG) that may be a more chill kinda fun Sativa?

Looks good Roms.

I've posted this story a couple of times, perhaps once before on this thread. I met an elderly, maybe 65+ years old, Hawaiian grower and I asked him about the old Hawaiian strains. He said before the Indicas came in, they were mostly Thai, Cambodian Red, and African, naming Swazi specifically, with a sigh and a gleam in his eye.

Here is Gypsy Nirvana Thai Stick x Neville's Haze x Mullumbimby Madness:

On deck is another attempt at a female (hopefully) 60s Jamaican Lambsbread. The first two were males.

This one split all by itself, so since I have a long wait until the GNT x NHz x MM is done, I went with it and split it a bunch of times more.

Yes that old guy is 100% right. I started with some from Mex in 74. But the Swaz crosses were the best for outdoor they had 10% Afghan to finish in Sept this was early 80's. Aloha DB

Just found this thread! Wow, talk about a wealth of information and great photos.

Hope you all don't mind if I share some pics of a sativa I grew over the summer.

From a single bag seed I found in a bud that had been kicking around in a small plastic container for 15+ years. Look pretty funky as a seedling but turned out pretty. It was a really nice contrast to the indicas growing with her.

Sun leaves went bright yellow around week 12.5, chopped her at 14 as she was starting to look pretty raggedy.

Kinda hard to see in the pics, but by harvest even most of the small single blade leaves in the colas had gone yellow and the drying buds have a light golden tinge to them.

I hate to be a thread de-railer, but I have a huuuge interest in sativas and was hoping for a bit of advice - I figured this would be as good a place to ask as any. What would be the best (mostly) pure sativa for an indoor small scale (400W) personal medical grower? I don't mind being patient, but 20 weeks or less of flower would be ideal, as would a decent yield. Maybe Mr. Nice SSH? Cannabiogen's Destroyer? I've never had a pure sativa, and I know I won't find it in any commercially grown herb.

Thanks in advance for the input!

you have really nice sativas with short flowering times, just a few from the top of my head

from ACE: Panama, Congo, Tikal
from Cannabiogen: Leshaze, Mextiza, Destroyer, Nepal Highland
fron Tropical: Ciskey, King Congo
from Delicatessen: ANY!!
from Mosca: Cinderella 99

some may have some indica throw into the mix, but they are mostly sativas

Mosca's C99 BX1 is one of my favorites of all time, and even though it's obviously sativa dom it's definitely not the *pure* sativa I'm looking for.

Which of ACE's offerings would fit the bill best? I hear he puts out some killer gear, but I suspect many go over 20 weeks...

Is Cannabiogen's Destroyer everything folks makes it out to be?

I've never heard of Delicatessin, are they new on the scene? If I were to buy one pack of theirs, which would you suggest?

Thanks again!

Queen mother / reina madre is the flagship strain of Delicatessen seeds. Spanish grower Mario been around awhile, but not well known outside Spain. Haven't grown it, but I have seeds.

I would say Queen Mother, Alice (Delicatessen), Panama, Nepal Jam, Mextiza, Destroyer, Bangi Haze (Cannabiogen), Cognition, King Congo, Swacky (Tropical Seed Co), Skunk Haze or Mango Haze (Mr Nice).

Finally the MuayThai superauto was harvested, she went up to 150 days so around 110 days since her first preflowers.
Slow to start, she filled up nicely in the final month.
I believe this is not comparable to true Thai grown in their land of origin, but it's probably a good approximation of it on 45N guerrilla, at least I like to think so.
