Little update on the beautiful Zamal GN/Lambsbread ladies... I still need to find time to process all the pics I've transfered to my computer but I'm happy to share this beautiful lady today, I think it won't take too long before I chop them all, this pics may be 2 weeks old or something:

I think I've ended across a pretty balanced hybrid between the Lambsbread and Zamal GN, the Jamaican clearly takes the lead here since it has been worked for years and she became homozygous for many traits. I've been selecting for both green/purple phenos with good structure and strong terpenes.

Burgundy stems are just beautiful in contrast with the intense green:

My main goal was improving the Lambsbread's structure as well as flowering time and so far I'm so happy with the results... all the branches are getting filled with lovely fluffy buds, big potential for nice colas and becoming a brand new favourite for my personal headstash.

First post and complainin'/dissin about other's work, are you a troll, or just bothered with yourself enough that ya want to take it on some other's work?. Ah, and no pics nor info about ya, who are ya anyway? Rest my case, doesn't even deserve the report button lol

Keep up the work Mustafunk, praises to whom diligently crosses things, not just thinking they got to have a new bomb thing to feel better. Also, you seem to know that "bombs" come in many shapes and sizes eheh

cheers:tiphat:

To each his own... anyway some more pics, this is the infamous Zamal GN Collection P1 keeper, same batch of Gerrit's Zamal A cut. She's enjoying outside guerrilla-style during such a sunny November:

Last but not least, some people may remember the DTC99 Redux edition relased by Dutch Grown Seeds after they reproduced some original Grimm Bros stock.

This are some original females performing outdoors, very homogeneous stock I must say, unforunately no males this time to keep the line running:

Pungent pinneaple aromas... classic C99 signature, I'm hoping the Durban Thai Highflier from SSSC will add some character and "tropical-finesse" to the high:

funny you say it. vermontman. high! :D as serious seeds is saying that there is cambodian in kali mist :D
i posted this bit recently over at ace's kali china thread...

[i did a google search of "kali mist" "smoke reports",
and spicy piney menthol were frequent aromas/flavors noted.

EDIT: Claude, the Serious Seeds rep at their forum here,
says this of KM's genetic background in this post:

love those aromas that kaliChina inherits from the KM, in the right pheno.
gonna hit a congo#3xkaliChina with pure greenOTH pollen, looking for offspring
far more sativa in effect than Kchina, but with some of her aromas.
gonna be a pheno hunt. :)

The Cambodian Red I bought from Dennis Peron in 1976 was very exotic. I havnt tasted anything like it since. It had the most exotic flavor and smell. the smoke in the air had a blue tint and smelled like a beautiful womans perfume.

Things in Dennis's Bigtop Imports pot store ( top floor Victorian on Castro Street in San Francisco) took on a pinkish hue, as if you put on some red sunglasses

He invited me to come back any time, and signed a BigTop stationary for me to hold up to the 2-way mirror front door for instant verification and entry. Unfortunatly, Dennis was raided by the same police he was paying off, and they shot him. I never got to go back.

We are not allowed to request clones here. So so tempting though. It is rare for me to be tempted.

Miss Universe has Dess*tar, a strain with Kali Mist backcrossed to Kali Mist again. It is crossed with Space Queen, a strain with C99 in it. I believe some C99 expressions look like it has Thai in the background. The expression of Miss Universe that I grew looks strongly S.E. Asian, probably from Cambodian and Thai.

I have a pure Kali Mist cut that has the S.E. Asian look also, but I've been thinking I see Flo in it. It does not look as S.E. Asian as my Miss Universe individual.

I think I will pop my Cambodian gold seeds next run. Your story has me tripping. hehe:dance013:

yo people smoking some mextiza, 65days pheno, that fills the room with incense and thinking about the taste, why is it tasting like best neville´s haze i have ever smoked? and then i found this post, i found it to be very true :D oaxacan is good one.
I have a couple of stories of Haze and Mexican being linked. Firstly, on one of those Greenhouse grow videos with Arjan and Franco - Neville's Haze it was - Arjan states that Haze originates from Oaxacan. Now I know that Arjan is not regarded as a reputable cannabis resource or Haze aficionado, and this probably confirms that, but given his exposure to the Dutch haze histories, it's strange that he should make that comment...

Secondly, I was at a party a couple of years ago where some buds were being passed around, and when I was offered a smell of these 3 or 4 samples and asked what I thought they were, I scratched my head and said, "Oaxacan?" It turned out that the samples were some Neville's Hz buds selected by the Nevil himself. Now I'm significantly less of a Haze aficionado even than Arjan:biggrin:, but those Neville's Hz buds smelled a lot like the Oaxacan that Kangativa grows to me, and a couple of them also smoked similar - balanced euphoric, not trippy.

However of those samples one was much stronger and trippier than the rest and I received a cut of this sample - NHz 21 - and the growth pattern appeared to be a combination of a wide branching Thai coupled to a Colombian Xmas tree. Now the NH21 retained a bouquet similar to the Oaxacan; tropical fruits with a citrus- almost ammonia-like base, but the flowers looked nothing like Oaxacans I've seen, and were also exotic to me being used to green Thais - wispy reddish/golden brown flowers with resin coated calyxes that seemed almost amber from the start. So perhaps I see some Colombian traits in the mix.

Now in truth, I don't like this haze so much because it's a bit intense and introspective, but it would probably cross well to anything, and every once in a while if I feel like a terrifying self examination...
