What make the led fit to our growing requirements?
what make one led to be good and other to be bad.
The luminous / spectrum or there are other things?
The manufacturer of the led and that bulb would produce heat. Think about it if that led was really good you would have seen it in someones grow journal. Don't be fooled by the price. You get what you pay for.

Before even thinking about the quality of the led you need to look at the bulbs short comings.

One of the benefits of leds is that the light can be focuses. The bulb you linked to sends the light into a 360 degree range. With this bulb you will have to lower it into the canopy or use a reflector. The reflector negates one of the biggest reason for the leds use.

As for what makes a good led why by something that may or not be of quality. You will be spending a lot of time and money to bring a plant to harvest that may or may not be any good if you use low quality products.

If you want to try it out go ahead but dont make it your main light source for your main grow.

Think about this. How much junk comes from China? A lot right. If that is the case it would be better to go with a company that has a track record of success.

Quality always pays off. I would rather spend the money on something that will last 4 or 5 times longer than something cheap that cost 50% less. And I know will work as advertised.

Here are a few of the things that could go wrong.

Overheats and fails early.
Wrong light spectrum.
Low par per watt.
Does not work when first used.
Unsafe and overheats causing a fire.
Off gases toxic fumes from plastic components killing plants.

And these are just off the top of my head.

I asking about this specific bulb becuse I alredy have it.
And it work so great for over a 2 year..
of course need a reflector for it. It's heat very low like all other led.. Not so heat when touched.

The spectrum can be measured other than just the color?
And what are main looking in led..

I try to understand how this thing work. Other than just buy and use, same we all do here.

BTW there is more Chinese led like this:

the hole size is 22-18 AWG

realstyles many thanks, I think I'll go for the 700A :)

I will use reflectors, as indicated by increasing the degree of penetration at the same distance, we see that this goes with it

And it's 5/16 not 3/16 Harbor freight has sets for $30-$40 taps & dies

Tools: wire stripper, drill ( I have a drill press), drill bits 1/8, 5/32, 3/16, 3/16-NC18 tap and a square ruler

Im gonna need you to be sober when you write a diy tutorial... haha.

so, these cob holders have 2 little holes, im supposed to push a pin in one of them to get the wire to hold?
