Wife and I are considering renting a houseboat for the week. About the same as a hotel price right now.

ashamed to say but with one thing and another, usually looking after my op,s iv never attended a i.c cup before! so im very looking forward to his yr as i think ill be able to come this year!
iv also got a crop thats 2 weeks into flower, 100% soil organics so i may even throw my hat into the ring! not 100% on that as yet tho.. wheir do i go as far as info on the rules, shipping address ect ect if i do??
above all im jst intrested in meeting fellow i.c members and haveing a good old smoke out! iv been told the americans cnt hold their smoke, bit light weights! haha joke joke! seriously tho be really cool to meet n smoke with the i.c fam!

I too am excited to be going! I've got entries for both the breeders and growers cups, and I mostly cannot wait to meet all you cool people that will be there
P.S. I like the idea of adding the auto category, as those sometimes can't (adequately) fit into the other categories. Expanding the categories only expands the possibilities for entrants to compete, and isnt that the whole idea of a competition:
one thing springs to mind, how would we knw if it was an auto bud or not?? far frm me to say ppl would lie but hey its been knw to happen! lol.. jst my 2 cents.......... mrc

cup is held in the centrum area, if you are a judge it is wherever you lay your hat. mostly it has been at the greenhouse united or the dampkring on the haarlemmerstraat, close to central station. awards party venue is up in the air as it has changed many times. i am sure all the relevant info will be posted soon.

I would recommend sending yourself an oz of your own primo, or just pack it if you can..
visit Amsterdam for experiencing cannabis freedom, traditional hashes from around the world, coffee shops, canals, Heinekin, tall blonde girls etc ....that's the attitude to have!
[edit] leave your homegrown at home, if you had to take anything then it's best to dry sift 20 or 30 grams of bud and then compress the resin, that way it will be easy to conceal, as it's too risky nowadays to fly with a bulky ounce of bud but a little lump of hash is doable if you feel like running the gauntlet.
Amsterdam would be the last place on earth I would want to smuggle bud into! lol
