The fans that cool the lights? Really well. I only have 4 of the 6 lights burning right now. 3 in one row are cooled. I have the fan for the other row turned off, so the remaining one is not cooled. I haven't had any temps issues.

The big fan is on a thermostat set to about 75 i think. That only kicked on twice for a few minutes while I was working today. The ambient temperature is still very cool. But summertime is just around the corner.

Well you know, I actually got a PM from someone asking about this. I really should have just posted the response here and ignored the PM.

First off, craigslist is an invaluable tool. Then you have to find a good friend that will let you pay him/her to 'steal' their identity. I hit a bump when I went to get the electric turned on. They actually need to see ID since it was a commercial line. So I paid my friend another G to go in himself and get it turned on for me.

Play the numbers when looking for a spot. Not every landlord is gonna be laidback. Not every landlord is gonna want to run a credit report. Not every spot is going to be ideal. I got lucky, as this was only the 2nd place I looked at, and I had only been searching for 36 hours. Having a very clear picture in your head of what it is that you want is very helpful.


Remember, especially in these rougher economic times, (cash) money talks with a LOT of people.

so if anything was to go down your friend would just be like wtf i dont know this guy or know how any of this shit happened? does the friend know about the grow?

I also cleaned every square millimeter of the place of any fingerprints I may have left.

Well done, I have been watching your progress and I am impressed with your craftsmanship and your planning. And your willingness to share!
I would like to know what your feelings are about someone seeing your electric meter spinning like a top during the evening hours when it appears as if no one is around. Say someone walking their dog at night and they happen to see the meter. Seems like that could present itself as a problem.
You probably have thought that through,since it seems you have thought everything else through. I was curious what your plan was for that.

Bass, first of all, this is a commercial line, I'm not sure if I mentioned that earlier. Also, I live in a place where the meters are located inside the building and read via RF.

I've been at this growing thing for more than a decade and I'm no stranger to the 1gr/w benchmark, in environments less controlled than this.

How often and how much depends on the strain going. I have ECSD in there and I've gotten 2+ pounds from 1 1000w light. It takes 77+ days to finish. There's a pheno of William's Wonder from Rez's gear that on my first run got just over a pound, but it only took about 55 days to finish.

So it's really hard to say. I've gotten to the point where I have a lot of variety, that yields different amounts and finishes in different times.
