Here are 4 Mandala Ganesh Berry females from seed. Day 14 12/12. Charcoir coco in 3g fabric Very high DLI and 6 feeds per day with the following iteration of Jack's 321:

Per gallon of Denver Municipal Tap water
5-12-26 - 3.8g
Giles Epsom - 1g
PureCal - 2.8g
AgSil - 0.2g

I'm looking for thoughts on the back right plant and it's odd color. It is very very healthy but after 30yrs this is the first plant I have had colored like this. All of the plants are being grown identically. I think it is fair to say that the other plants are evidence of a reasonably dialed in grow and nutrient solution.

Is this related to the lack of ammonium? Is is genetics?

I can see the discoloration in the one plant. Change the location of the yellow plant with another and see if that helps. It looks like she may be sensitive to the strong light.

I wondered about lighting but after a dive through photos from the seedling and veg tent, she has been like this since she was just a wee sprout.

Calcium toxicity. The ammonium is to restrict the calcium from hyper accumulating.
I sure thought about that as well. I just can't find any scientific data to support that and after rolling back through photos of the 11 seedlings and veg plants, this is the only one and she has been like this from day 1. Thinking that it just has to be her genome. Leaves are very soft and supple. Growth rate, node spacing, nodal growth and root structure all look fantastic so I am just going to let her finish and see what I get.

WOW, haven't seen mandala talked about since i grew some speed queen, hash berry and mandala 1 in 2010. At the time they were a smokin deal at 25$ per pack. HUGE perfect seeds. Only' the smoke wasn't nothing to write home about with hash berry,

But anyway, few questions
What lighting are you using? Model and intensity
What's your ambient temperature in the garden according to in tent thermometer.

What's your pot size and growing medium.

Answer these questions for further help

Yeah, I wasn't too sure about going with Mandala. I typically work with Ace's genetics and a couple of lines that I have worked on over the years and have a lot of seed stock to filter through. I just thought it looked interesting and I needed a shorter flowering period to fit my life schedule.

That plant has been very lightly colored like that since it broke out of it's seed. It has been under the veg lighting and flowering lighting without any change. I don't track temps as much as I manage VPD.

VPD holds between 0.9 and 1.2
Temp is typically 75F to 80F
AC Infinity EVO6 IONBEAM overhead
AC Infinity IONBOARD S22 (115w) for side lighting
3gal Fabric and Charcoir coco

They continue to grow well. Day 21 of 12/12. I do not believe that the PureCal has anything to do with the color of the "yellowish" plant. I am convinced that it is just a variegated iteration related to genetics. It's leaves are soft and velvety so to speak.
