Anyone grown anything from the Zomia collection? I ordered Meun'sri, Kroeng Krawia, Cambodian Kirivong and Tiger tail. I've heard really good things about the Kroeng Krawia and the Cambodian.

@willydread first time I hear that, very interesting

we got these here too, call em "stinkbugs", they live in the walls of our building
can see them from my window at times, sun bathing on the house fronts, at night some come in towards the light.
I just smack em, then they explode their abdomen in defense, which sometimes stinks.

some years there are many, some years there are none
this year it was medium, had many plants on the balcony, saw a few crawling around, but it was mostly off the plants, under old pots etc.

sounds like u got many, when they are on your plants sucking
could be a different climate too
considering the size of these, you could attack them with spraying potash soap
kills spider mites too, it dries them out

adding some Effective Microorganism lactic acid, you could hit the mildew on top

Yes, they slip everywhere, you can't leave the windows open without mosquito nets, otherwise they invade your home ...
Once they arrived in autumn, when in the fields around here there was almost no fruit and vegetables, for some years they started to arrive earlier, mid-August, and this year with the crazy weather and drought they practically arrived at the end of spring ....
Against mites and thrips I use a pyrethrum-based product, but it doesn't seem to work with bugs ...
I should try your suggestion
