not at all bro, that's normal. those are pre-flowers indeed, and will continue to grow forever. they even brown up and die eventually, but the plant still vegges and grows new ones at the new nodes.

if anything it's a reminder you have a female!! don't worry bout it at all...

here she is after only 3 days and i got about 4 and a half inches!!!!!!!! but if i didnt drop that bulb she would look a little fuller and fill a lil more space



I finaly realized im obsessed with her i think ill just update in a couple weeks or so

Hey Roc, rkrone, GMT... wassup fellas.

GMT - The PTK went mid 60s and she was NOT done. I still harvested as I'm on a tight schedule but she has that "RAW" cannabis smell and taste, typical of early harvest. I've you've ever taken plants before they were finished flowering you'll know what I mean! About the only nug I saved was the one in the picture I posted.

On that note, she is pretty strong still. Intense energy head high that last's... I don't feel any Indica in it it's weird. Maybe due to taking early. She's a weird plant. Leaves grow deformed/curled normally so she constantly had me checking on her making sure it wasn't a pH problem or a deficiency... that was kind of annoying. I'd wouldn't mind trying again with a selection to choose from though... I knew this cut was untested when gifted the clone.

H&L care to comment on the PTK if you're reading? I think you have some of the smoke! BTW that tres-d turned out female. Looks like a great specimen too.

mata what's up buddy. canna is a hardy plant as you see, broken branches don't stop her! I'd look for a bale of Promix from local garden centers or a bag of Fox Farm Ocean Forest if you have local hydro shops. FFOF is nice but pricey. Promix is cheaper and just as good. I always add 1 dry cup of dolomite lime, 10 cups of earthworm castings and 2.5 gals of chunky perlite. What nutes are you using?


I smoked some D and #4 nugs tonight. Both very similar you can tell they are obvious relatives. The #4 has a lime green look while the D is darker green. Great smoke. Sticky, trich covered funky buds. I was transplanting 16 plants into 8" coco pots after work around 8pm. Got 7 done, smoked a bowl of D and we were done for a few hours. I didn't pick back up again till almost 11pm.

I found myself daydreaming a lot, going off on trips in my mind while the TV was on in the background... it was nice! I think I won the air-guitar championship in my head!

It's hard to put my finger on the tastes and smells. It reeks for one. Now that it's dry you smell it through any kind of plastic. It does have a chemmy taste (for lack of better description) and it lingers in your mouth and throat on exhale. And it has bite. ChemDawg indeed! Reminds me of the Abusive OG stone... one hit and you feel the stone coming over your body, and in your eyes getting fuzzy... is the closest I can relate it to. It seems stronger and last longer than ECSD, as well as having a completely different taste and smell... and bud structure. No diesel in it at all.

hmmm...the ptk....from what i smoked, it seemed pretty balanced. i definately felt the indica in there but i think the fact that it wasnt finished gave it a more energetic buzz. its nice though, i cant wait to go through a pack and find a keeper. its got a good spicy kushy taste and its potent, even taken early.

Awesome stretch, the Chem #4 and D sound good.
I am harvesting my #4 in a couple weeks. Maybe 10 days.
I'm at 60 days now, I think I'll take it a little past 70 days.
My OG Kush will be coming down in a few too.
The Jdog version. Looks awesome. my best grow of it yet.
Chemdawg taste like fuel and chemical solvent to me.
Like a chemical bite with a fuelish skunk taste like OG with out the extra lemon and Kush or sour diesel without the Mass super skunk. I like's.
Can't wait to smoke it all up.

i dont use nutes all i use is miracle grow moisture control it has coconut pith fibers and mostly peat moss with some perlite.. its mix is 0.21-0.07-0.14... i also added about 1/3 of pumice to aerate the soil in 2 weeks - week and 1/2 she grew about 10" 11" and i have been keeping note of her growth process she gains about another 1"-1" 1/2 every 24hrs. im not sure if thats real fast or just normal but i think im gonna veg her till she is about 3'. shes gonna be my keeper if she comes out nicely. if not im probably gonna go for some bubba kush or a dj short strand. but im hoping this strand is a colorful high quality flowerer (ofcourse what i put in her matters significantly). im thinking of using a 150 watt or 200 hps when i start flowering but im not sure.

elsewhere: abusive og, ecsd, urk, acapulco gold, rom ssh, ssh, chem 4, chem d, sour bubble x sd ibl, abusive kushaze.

i hope to have some to put back for you. he's not the biggest fella though, so we'll see.

damn...got a few I'd cross with him if I could...H&L....The Mcfly x Straw d seeds are ready...I harvested the TK last night...not sure how many but I found at least 10 nice dark beans at first glance...few days when it's dry I'll dig through the bud...get a true count...also found one seed in my AG-13...guess we will see what g13 x Straw d is like....keep up the love stretch...
