Thanks Core! Most are topped... at least twice for backup clones as I flower them out. Some many more times, for more clones, etc. So they are pretty branchy when going into flower, many tops, etc. They get a nice long veg too, so they NEED to be cut back before flowering regardless of clones. That also helps. The purple strains I tend to let go single cola as they are super slow veggers to begin with.

Ooh nice looks like things will start to finish up here in the coming weeks. Can't wait to read the smoke report on all these lovely ladies!

the gdp (gronut's?) was phenomenal, best i think i've had. that katsu bubba knocked me the fuck out last night, very nice for being fresh off the rack!

Hehe... I know, licking isn't the best method I've found out! It's all dried up now... have a lot of popcorn from the GDPs and the trim from all the purps looks fantastic, like someone spilt a sugar bowl. Has to be hash, a man can only take so much butter! Now to figure out what method to use this time...

The katsu's very nice. Strong, couchy, spicy! Stretchy plant but turns out I like it that way. I can run the cut along side my other hybrids and it's equal height... instead of half the size like a typical kush. I have some dried pics somewhere...

Breezy, I haven't smelled em too much tbh. They aren't are pungent on the vine as I have read about, imho... then again when my tent is crammed and full and individuals are harder to spot. When I trim them up the odor will be more apparent.

Some pics! I'm surprised the purple strains didn't purp up more but they were in higher heat this run and I still could have feed them more... just like last run.

The PTK is pretty foul/funky, and not kushy at all. The purps are all super close too. I think the ape smells the sweetest, the urk is similar with a side of funk, while the GDP is more funkysweet than candy-ish like the other two. I dunno...

All smoke great and burn super clean... I do dig the odors and tastes I get out of this organic run. Even the popcorn shit is tasty!

I got 6 all about 12 inches tall with nice growth because theyve all been topped at least once. that bubba is spectacular! just had a bowl of that and now time to test out this ptk. those purples knocked me off my rocker as well! all three organically in soil makes it pretty hard for me to tell them apart. if i hadnt heard so many different myths and whatnot, i'd assume it was just three phenos of an ibl seedline. but what do i know, im just a lowly east coaster.

Cali wassup bro. You're too kind! Honestly, I have no idea. Start with good soil, let em veg longer, cut them back a little, heal up, then flower. I always use subculture and add extra mycorhazae in my soil mixes. They explode into multiple tops! This run was with moonshine mix. A bag of each Fox Farm's 3 soils, the above mentioned, and 10 cups castings + 2 cups dolomite lime. I top dressed 4 tablespoons each of FF Piece of Mind Fruit and Flower dry ferts twice during the flower run. Doing one more run using this mix except I mixed the dry ferts in with the soil mix instead of top dressing, that was messy and not very efficient!

I enjoy them. At least we know about GDP. I wish there was something more substantial out there about Urkle and her sister Ape... which are almost identical but different for sure.

I lost my Cheese, Purple Indica, and Rom SSH moms this weekend. I have no idea how or why, but out of a decent sized list and existing moms, those bit the dust. Everything else looks perfect. S'ok though, much on the to-do list! SWT#3 and Chem4 x DC to start...

word guys! if ya haven't tried organic yet, try it with a sample plant in the corner... i'm hooked! argh, i really wanted to go all coco like veg, hmmm...

forty your buds are picture-perfect man. liked?!@ I come equipped like Sandler in Water Boy.. but with GH 3 part. keep that in mind... many dooks! i totally think the ape smells sweeter. after they dried on the vine for 8 days, when I was jar'ing them up the ape smelled sweet right off the stalk. the urk smelled more musky? (no mold...) with no sweet at all... but after the jar 2-3 days the urk smells just as sweet. the smoke is so close it's hard to tell. i'm smokung ape one day, and urk the other trying to analyze. both get me stoned so at that point.... that was my experience! the ape seems to be a good couple inches taller than an initial equal urk in veg. ape has mad undergrowth but not are freaking crazy as urk gets. hard to choose between the two. she's worth a run.
