:D enjoying life :D its hot outside..

in the flowering room the next ssh/ptk x beeniemans is fattening up very nicelly, same goes with the chronic.. wich honestly is absolutelly huge this time. also one of the jaggen x ssh/ptk/ptk's is going to yield a lot. the ssh/ptk x ssh/lp is also top notch looking.

can keep on for ever. its absolutelly awesome at the moment in the floweringroom..going to be one nice winter.... as long as the PM scare doesnt come back :D

also in the vegging the ssh/ptk army is growing on nicelly - nothing to say here - all of them started in coco more or less - almost all germed (2 out of 50 didnt do it). so also here i gotto say im more than content. the good thing with the ssh/ptk x beeniemans is the fact it keeps so small during veg, its going to be possible to veg nicelly all of the 48 seedlings without any trouble with space. great with compact plants :D :D :D

peace all! :D

Bone,
I have a drainage question for you, if you don't mind. I want to be sure that my roots aren't sitting in too much water as they drain. I mean, just letting the just-watered pots sit in the black gardening trays can leave them sitting in an inch of water or more. This is no good, so I usually hold the pots off the floor on a tilt until the drainage slows to a drip, then empty the tray before setting them back down. Even then, I worry they are too moist at bottom for a bit. If I pick the pot up some moments after and tilt it, more water drizzles out. If I don't do this, is this water stressing my roots?

I'm looking into that corrugated roofing to set them on, angled to facilitate drainage. Just wondering how much drainage is necessary here. You've run many scenarios, so I'd love to hear any thought you might have. Peace!

it depends really for how long the roots are soaked. it doesnt sound like there is any danger atm when you are doing all that allready.

i only let small pots like seedlings etc be soaked for a little while while when watering - the rest of the post i use empty pots up side down under them - atleast in veg.

in the flowering area i have a table made up that doesnt allow for water to stay on in. this is the best solution for me.

peace! :D

Thanks, bone, that helps. I've got some some big girls on hand now, so I don't want to overlook things.

Hey, be sure and let us know when you check out your (possible) river of green! Peace

hi dramamine you could also try wire mesh across the top of the trays and stand the pots on it,i use the galvanised strong mesh and imo its great.stay lucky

definetly sounds like it should work - as long as the net is strong enought o hold the weigth of the pots. nice idea for sure :D

you cant even trust the nicest of people.

this summer i gave 2 clones of my work to a close family member. we are talking about my crosses - that have taken years to develop..

well when flowering came and the cuts were shining in their resin production some smart ass person that this family member knows gaver the offer to trade to him a GUITAR for plants of my work so he could reveg them and get clones to sell..

im very damn dissapointed here i do a favour to a friend and he goes and gives my work away to some one im sure i dont WANT to have the genetics that have cost me hard work.

in one way its so damn wrong.. im utterlly dissapointed at the whole matter.

Terrible, man. Sorry to hear that. I really hope your genetics don't start popping up in places they shouldn't, if you know what I mean. Your efforts certainly deserve better than to be treated this way. I hope it gets sorted one way or the other. Peace

thanks guys.

yeah its a bummer, but just gotto remember not to be a nice guy. no more favours for anyone around here. hehe lets see if i can pull it off. the worst part is its close family - so it will be a question of trying to play it smooth not to cause too much hustle.

it would be nice if it wasnt like this - but year after year i get my point proven.

the tricky part is to keep this in mind all the time.

no rules or conduct normally aplied in the business or social relationships is worth jack shit here. its a dog eat dog world out here.

its in reality no great surprise the economicy is like it is here. how can business be reliable if ppl are not.....

anyway - i cut a BIG bunch of plants the other day and i got once again the drying racks smacked full with nugs. powerplant, ssh/ptk x ssh/lp and blockberry/beenieman and ssh/ptk x beenieman. :D

peace all and have a nice sunday!

Hey my friend,

so sorry to hear about your idiot family spreading your genetics without permission. lets hope hes as bad at re vegging plants as i am eh? lol. you should deffinetly tell that family member that he fucked up. an elite strain can be sold for 10k in some cases, what a fool giving it away for a darn guitar! i really hope it doesn't re veg for him.

btw. congrats on the full drying racks, always a nice time :joint: my sdxcj is still vegging, but soon i should be able to take clones and begin the whole flowering run again. lucky my outdoor is gonna help me stretchwhat i have left till my new box is ready for harvest.

anyway man, keep up the great work and remember karma can some times step in and take care of things right away, while other times karma can be very late in coming. but sooner or later the price will be paid.

peace bro....

yeah man - positive thinking is what i try to do :D easy to get worked up about this but im trying to keep in a good mood.

the fault was mine in the beginning. the first time ever i gave out clones to ppl to flower outdoors, the typical harvests here are big and one plant can make several kilos of weed - so the rumour of a good variety or cut spreads as quick as people smoke the nugs. every year after the demand increased untill i stopped it. one day i heard the nug was selling for 10 euro a gram here, and also there was some dealers very interested in buying 100's of clones to get moms. i got put off by the greed and i stopped handing out anything to anyone - be4sides this few cuts i gave to a very good guy in the end - he might only be very damn stupid - and i prefeer to think of it like that. not all ppl are brigth and understand all aspects of reality - and t6his individual might be a bit extra thick in the forehead.

i will make sure it will get made up for by other means - no stress or nothing - im just going to use his abilities to a maximum ... hehe - he is a mechanic :D lol so im gonna take my ride to him to fix for the rest of my damn life. its fair hehe

yeah man im stoked by the outdoor harvest you had - wish i coudl do something similar here.. i gotto look into that too.. been planing for a while so better get to it this winter and prepare it in time :D

my planting of seeds went well also - and im having 48 seedlings growing like crazy - and i gotto make some space in the veg are to accomodate all of them. im going to veg them a lot more before flowering any - to maximize yields.

also im preparing a very big SSH/PTK female - to get polinated by the most select ssh/ptk x beeniemans males. this time mission is to lock into the genetics even more of the SSH/PTK vigour - to boost the yields of the SSH/PTK x beeniemans by means of bigger plants.

and thats just the beginning of this winters work.. also gotto plant more of the beeniemans and some other crosses we made. its going to be buzy!

peace mate! :D
