Exactly.that's what I was saying.if this guy is unstable or something and you offend him he might fuck your world up.tear down grow for a while then tell him to fuck off.DO NOT TELL HIM TO FUCK OFF WHILE YOU HAVE A GROW!chances are he already knows you grow.I just hope this guy isn't crazy because crazy is unpredictable.best of luck OP.

I know I made a mistake letting him in the first time. Refusing him the second time seems to have diffused the situation. Hasn't come over since; saw him outside while shoveling snow. He waved but did not come over.

If he comes over again just let him in sit down and shoot the shit then out of the blue ask to borrow some money. no particular reason or for any really stupid reasons you can come up with or just that you are short ( don't want to pull on sympathy strings or better yet tell him its to pay off part of another bad debt to another guy you borrowed from years ago and what a dufus that guy was and that u thought he would have given up on getting the money ages ago ) and every time you see him keep asking to borrow money . He will ,from that point on, avoid you like the plague.

I keep a few issues of the Awake & Watch Tower in the Sofa Table close to the door and try to give them out. That is in the RV parks when traveling I am soon alone even in Downtown Atlanta or LA. In fact it can be so effective that when walking to the park office people gather kids off the street slam doors and clear lines. I dont think the neighbor is crazy or overbearing. I think dude was just trying to be friendly by bringing beers over.
OP did make a mistake by inviting him in and lighting up a jib with him. Only cuz hes growing.
But Im sure its a simple fix. Just be nice and wave at the guy when you see him outside. If he comes over and knocks, answer the door and tell him your busy. Next time he comes over, if he does, then tell him the same thing. 2x and Im sure the guy will just be a dude you wave to every now and again when you cross paths outside.

i had a dude doin this to me like a month or 2 ago constantly showing up looking for a hand-out.i wasnt worried about my grow cause im legal but what a fing mooch this dude was.so i had it out with him in some texts on my phone and i told him he was a manipulitive demon and i havent heard from him since.tell him you think he comes from the offspring of vipers and the lord is going to cut him down.
