well lets break this down a little...
the landlord was a growe and smoker himself, how could he not know what a ripe marijuana plant smells like?
i think his crop got infected and when he asked them if they had any bugs, they probably said no and wouldnt reveal their secret which in my opinion would have been preventing the bugs from getting in the grow area in the first place....because they wouldnt help, his plants got droopy and he sued them for the $1600 to buy the pot he lost out on....
civil matters like childish bullshit between nieghbours should be dealt with between the 2 parties involved and those 2 only...if after some time you cannot work out your issues, spend 9 rounds in a boxing ring with them and you'll work out your problems in no time...courts dont need to be help up with absolute shit like a nasty smell from your neighbours, BUY SOME GLEN 20 OR A CARBON SCRUBBER WHINGER !!!!!
