This one looks most like SH parent:

Slightly older pic of one leaning more towards the OTH except for its compact structure:

It's going to be a good summer

Thanks SL, they’ve been under 12/12 for about 3 weeks now. I vegged them till they showed sex, so they transitioned pretty fast. That last pic with the whole plant was barely a week ago so they’ve been making a lot of progress over the past 5 days or so.

ZamxPurps at about 15days from flip... can't get a good picture of whole plant... it's too big and floppy... took lots of lollipoping and bending/super cropping but looks like will turn into decent yield. This ones always a monster to handle and then produces a bucketload of nice herbs... I'll keep updating.

Been working on a ZamxGuatemala line it's at F3 now... when I made the F3s I also pollinated a Zamaldelica fem (lucky 13!)that had intense resin production so I could bring a touch more crazy Zam trip to the party.

Here's the selected male that came from that (ZamxGuatemala) x (Zam13) cross:

View Image

I started 5 seeds in each hole and strongest two or three got to live another three weeks. Then another cull leaving only the strongest in each hole to continue. So theoretically it was a selection of about 50 plants but vigour from seed was used as a way to cull most right off the bat. In the end it's a selection from 8 strong males (I didn't even look for a girl in these seeds yet.. just tossed em. I'm curious but I have too many mothers as it is.. I'll look later.)

He was originally selected for intense smell and a structure most reminiscent of the Zam13 I was trying to incorporate into ZamxGuatemala. As flowering progressed I grew more impressed. He is the stinkiest male I have and tho yield is low he produces HUGE amounts of pollen and more and more standing trichomes every time I look at him... he also has been thru a freeze, drought, root binding and light stress with no hermaphroditism.

First time really selecting a male from more than one or two others and feeling lucky to have found one I think I like so easily... guess we'll see how his progeny performs before I get too excited tho.

Forgot to mention that the Zam fem (I called it ZamC) that mothered ZamxGuatemala line was also mother to the S1 population that gave me the tryffyd pheno and that was then femmed to a Thai/Zam dominant sister giving me the seeds that Zam13 came from.. all that inbreeding was one reason I went ahead and crossed in Guatemala as a "new" base with higher yields and less hermaphroditism to continue the line in a more reliable direction.

The tryffyd pheno is the one that was crossed to the Purps and I think the Zam dominant pheno of TripNorth is showing influence reminiscent of the tryffyd sooooo... fem cross? Maybe not worth it unless it's to have seeds to look through for fresh genes to add to ZamxGuatemala if it doesn't bring large enough yields.

Bud structure on Guatemalan Dom has traits that remind me a lot of the cereal grain structured zam13 pheno that Dubi pointed out as extremely resinous. Pistils are different and bud is an overall slightly more compact pine cone dealy but the calyxes and the way the resin forms is ringing bells in my head... really hope it's the same (...well...similar anyways..) set of genes I was trying to get in the male I found coming from Zam13xZamguat F2. Maybe I can actually create the frost monster I set out to breed! Then hope I can stabilize it a bit...

Interesting.... I'm running couple sativa hybrids some BLD/NLD hybrids and some BK PCK in same box.... only the Zam crosses (pure NLD as well as NLD/BLD) are developing N deficit at about week five...

Zam feeds heavily in Hybrids?

Also: I chucked a lil more pollen today:biggrin::woohoo:

Pollinated Zam Guat F3 Guat Dom with ZamxGuatemala F3 male
And with ZamxGuatemala Zam13BX Male

The Zam13BX also hit a BKPCK:)

Good results from that cross may get femmed to ZamxPurps.
Should give me a nice colour and really great musky Berry terps with giant yield of hard hashy Zam influenced buds

Sadly, we are having a lot of rainy and dull days. Hence the plants are growing a bit slowly. Sun is forecasted for next week, so they just have to be a little patient.
Pure Erdpurt and erdpurt x zamalchina for comparison. Looks like we have an erdpurt pheno
The pure erdpurt smells sharp and piney as usual, the erd x zmc smells fruity and pungent, so refreshing!

Slow but steady, getting bigger and bigger. I love how all, except one more like SH parent, are producing these land race looking huge sativa donkey dicks of 20" and up.
