Take her hose and poke a bunch of holes in it near the end which would be in your yard. That way when she turns on the hose to water her yard it'll water yours and get her all wet. Then you can stumble outside when shes all in a hurry to turn it off and thank her for watering your lawn.

Sounds like a fishing license I once had. When I was finally asked to show it, it was a blank slip of blue paper. BLANK!
