The police are not responsible for the prosecution and sentencing. Many are as pissed as you at the way the sentences are handed out.

Is true,
in Washington State it was gov Inslee that made thousands of med patients "criminals" overnight, with a stroke of the pen,

In 2015 iirc

not what i meant, sorry. would you enjoy breathing the second hand smoke? lots of folks don't like the smell, and i'm one of them. i KNOW i'm not the only one like that. "stink up the joint" doesn't sound very concerned about others possible preferences. i go outside to fire one up at a party if it is a non-smoking household.
well said...

Legal weed is a derogatory term for "grown by a fucking retard, wouldn't even taste right if it wasn't moldy and sprayed with bacillus myclo and spinosad. Who the fuck smokes this nasty shit. "

You can find some pretty good legal weed at the dispensaries here in Oregon. That could be due to the historical significance Oregon has on the weed scene. We've had good weed since before many on this forum were born. We won't accept crap the same way they would in say Kansas. You can get better weed than is grown by most people for $100 an oz at the dispensary.

Oh ya. The Pacific Northwest is home of the chronic. I never saw shitty weed until I moved to California. And we have plenty dispos here in Colorado with awesome cheap weed too. I only grow because I'm addicted to growing now.

You must have moved to Cali after Northern California was kicking out some serious Chronic back in the late 70's and early 80's. Anyone that was around back then remembers the Humboldt County weed. Outdoor grown and would hit the streets in November. A gram in a sandwich bag would smell up an entire room.

You can't find that anymore unless you grow it yourself. There is nothing like it in any dispensary in the country. The modern cookie cutter hybrids might have higher THC levels and taste like Fruity Pebbles but they have no soul. I have a couple crosses I've made that come close but I went back down the genetic path and started with what was being worked with back then. Take something like an RSC Mazar I Sharif and cross it with and ACE South American Sativa, "Panama, Honduras, Guatemala" and you'll find something close to some of that Chronic from days past.

I probably wouldn't be growing either if I wasn't addicted to making seeds. My thing is making crosses and seeds. I'm a big on DIY. I'm not paying for what I can do myself. I do the same thing with vegetables and flowers. I have stuff I grow every year that are descendants from a pack of seeds I bought ten or more years ago. I literally have boxes of seeds. The addiction runs deep.

When the apocalypse hits, I'll head to the hills and be like Noah with my Ark of seeds. Then I'll build a Castle 🏰

There was good weed there too. But that was the first time I ever saw schwag or brick weed. I was in Tahoe, so there was plenty good stuff. I'm sure some of it was Tahoe OG since I was there in the 90's. One of my buddies grew there so I borrowed one of his lights and did my first grow. All I really had was a couple Ed Rosenthal books. I made it to the end, but I chopped too soon.

I'm really liking GG4 right now so I'm trying to make some seeds with it as we speak.

There was plenty of Shwag as well. There would be dry periods where what would be called "Homegrown" back then and was just leaf. People smoked it. In the 70's it was called "Commercial."

Commercial was the first weed I smoked. I was 13 years old. We were out on some railroad tracks in Beaverton Oregon when it was still somewhat rural and not the developed metropolis it is now. I took a hit off the Brass Pipe and then don't remember anything that happened for the next ten minutes.

I came back to a somewhat cognizant state of mind as we were a couple blocks away from a place called On Cue House of Billiards. It was a pool hall and had pinball machines, foosball and pool tables. We played the Captain Fantastic pinball machine for hours. 2 games for a quarter. I've never achieved that first high since that time.

I smoked my first bowl when I was 13 too. But it was the skunky chronic. I was hooked instantly. All I ever saw in WA was chronic. Started at $30 1/8, and went up to $50 over the years. In Tahoe a couple times people wanted $60 1/8. So I have a hard time complaining about LEGAL WEED, :ROFLMAO:

I forgot to mention that GG4 is banned at my house. I grew some GG4 fire. My lady doesn't smoke much, just a little now and then. She doesn't like potent stuff though. She's a lightweight. I let her light a bowl of some fresh GG4. It annihilated her. She was pissed the next day. Caught me off-guard and got in a well deserved slap to the face.

Brownies are also banned. That was worse.

but you wouldn't want them to set up upwind of your house, i take it. i agree.
I’d put a carbon filter on the in vent or move depending on if I was mid or between grows, I don’t think you can change other peoples behaviour, just adapt by changing your own.

It means I can’t eat in any restaurants, cafes, if I visit someone for coffee I have to bring my own mug in case they washed theirs in the same bowl as a plate used for toast.

I can’t buy packaged food in the supermarket unless it’s labelled gluten free and twice the price. Even gluten free food often contains other high lectin ingredients so there aren’t many I can eat.

I was chatting with another celiac who was saying it’s a disability so people should legally have to accommodate us in the way they do for wheelchair access ect. I think If we all had to accommodate for everyone else’s peculiarities nothing would get done, If everything that annoyed someone was banned there’d be nothing left.

A bit of consideration and tolerance is all we can hope for from each other, anyone that wants to be around me must consider the fact that I smoke weed continuously and ask themselves if that’s something they can tolerate before making any arrangements.

If I want to meet someone for lunch and know they eat gluten I have to decide if I want to take that risk, I wouldn’t expect them to avoid it just because I have to.
