Sending good vibes. Can't really add. Everyone has said it. Exercise and routine are important. Good sleep and proper food. I was in a bad funk recently and realized it was because of the lack of food. I'm 5lbs heavier than last month but I feel better about myself. Now I definitely need to exercise.lol Keep your head up, things always have a way of working itself out. It will get better.
