I'm sure you did your homework, but I'm just wandering why you sheeted the walls with OSB -I'm thinking in terms of flamability. There's a lot of kindling in there. I'm sure there is a good reason for it???
Early in your post I saw something about the possible addition of a diesel or LP generator later on??? Have you thought at all about a microturbine? Can run on LP, Diesel, Biodiesel, and most other fuels -add a heat exchanger to capture the exhaust heat for use in the winter & even for cooling in the summer via an absorption chiller -the combined cooling, heat & power systems run as high as 90% efficiency (opposed to the 28% of a diesel/LP internal combustion genset). Plus there is the unlimited free CO2.
