I was a 3 pack a day smoker just threw them out, went cold turkey, and was crazy for a few years.

Yeah....Cigs man. I hate em and they are making me cough like a MFer.

No Cerimony Dongle.
But I did have an ipiphany the other night. I had just finished a nice bong rip of some Deisel Kush.........was higher than hell and looked at my 4 packs of smokes on the counter. I started yelling at the cigarettes as if they were a person. (I knew theyw eren't) I was just convincing myself that they are not my friend and I am living as if they are my best friend. Sounds strange I know but..........If it helps me quit........I'll do it. So I wake up yesterday and printed a bunch of signs in giant BOLD letters and posted them all over my house.

I taped these all over the house to remind me why I MUST quit. I also am leaving a FULL ashtray on the counter to remind me what I've done to my lungs.

I am done !!

I'm using a Patch as of today. I just need to get past 5 or so days and then I ditch the patch as well.

thank goodness you were talking about cigs that wold suck to have to quit smoking ganja,,,yeah as soon as my wifey told me she was pregnant i went and got some chantix and took it for 2 weeks and i quit almost 2 years ago,,,from smoking 2 1/2 packs of newports a day so its mind over matter bro,,,best wished and good luck stay strong,,or maybe your winch will make you walk the plank lol,,,peace

Chantix is evil... made me wanna kill myself and take a few others out for good measure... don't take it Pirate! ugh!

I been thinking about the Electronic cigarette..... A nice crutch instead of patches. Nice nicotine vapor in your mouth instead.

I can live without the nicotine, it's the holding the cig, lighting it mental thing I have trouble with... E Cig maybe will help me... and you?
