Carolina Blue...only one. The other dude showed up outta no where.

Blue Sat 2.2 x Grape Krush was made by ICm member Aarwn and the seeds were sent in as freebies. Phillthy sprouted his pack of freebies and in all honesty, the other females were not even close to keeper status. The particular pheno, that was named and is now known as Carolina Blue, was a stand out could not miss, you'd be retarded not to notice and should just retire as a grower, if you did not notice this plant. She was stand out...stellar all across the board.

There is only ONE "Carolina Blue"....and she is vegging away. ;)

:respect:

only just found this little gem :D would of answered a lot of questions....

in an early post you said

i also start seeds in fox farm light warrior. once they get some good roots, i transplant them into 1gal bags of the soil. after about 20-30 days of veg i transplant to the 3 gal bags for flower.

i know with the wavy gravy you said you topped twice and vegged for 28 days, so do you go straight into flower once in the 3 gallon bags?

i was at 1500ppm and 77 degrees. i since dropped to 1000ppm to see if there is a difference. so far so good.

just wondering as all i read on co2 says 85 degree temps are needed for optimal co2 uptake, do you think you really see a big differaance with the co2 ? asking because i have built a sealed room and running co2.

not that i know fuckall about Co2 just yet!!! but i read that 1500ppm comes into its own at 90.... maybe thats why you guys are getting away with 800 and a 1000 and still getting the same results?

yeah i am at 77-79. no higher than 79. i could run warmer but then i have to water more...lol. veg in the half gallon pots dry out very fast when temps are above 80. i have to run co2 because my room is completely sealed. i havent grown in this setup without it.

i have always heard co2 makes airy buds but looking at yours i have to disagree, i think its the higher heat that makes them airy. i have run co2 in non sealed room and really did see faster growth with temps in the low 80's. this is my first ever sealed room so just trying to figure it out without trial and error.

Co2 is a last addition. If the feeding can't keep up with the enhanced growth rates, you will have airy nugs, just like any underfed plant. If all conditions are in place, Co2 will amplify your correctness. By 20% +++. Just keep all things in proper relation to each other...directly proportional relationships here.

lol denial hugh ? i thought that was a river in Egept. Frank i have run co2 with high ppm's on the nutes and it doesent work like that, i found keeping the ppm's down ( nothing over 1200 ppm ) does alot better than over feeding, i see people talking about 1500 to 1800 ppm and it amazes me they get results, of course they my not be using coco . that makes a big differance.

Re: Phillthy Gets Dirty...

Philthy,

Do you think there would be am issue setting something like this up in a residential basement? I have never used a completely sealed grow with no intake/exhaust
Thanks
