31" square is 6.66 sq ft. A 315 in that space is more than enough, ~47w per sq ft.

The last of it is still drying, but I'll get almost 2 oz per sq ft using 37w per sq ft. & 12 week strains. Even 8 week strains should give similar yield at 47w per sq ft if everything else is solid.

Who makes those ??

Those are Sun System lights. Probably not at a bad price, either, when you buy a whole pallet of them.

Interesting info on the tents. Makes total sense when you think about it. I might throw together a 36"x36" square cabinet for breeding/pollinations and quarantines and whatnot. I like tents but can throw together a custom cabinet for a lot cheaper.

Cycloptics really does pack them in. I figured that this was due to the ceiling-height mounting. In my 8' x 11' rooms I will have a 33" spread.

I have tried to find some info about ATL 'mogul' ED37 bulb and this PGX(Z?)18 bulb.
Is there any difference between these two? Except base socket ?
ATL (its for open fixture?) version works with normal stucco reflector, with E40 socket? Am I correct?
My plan is to get 2 sets from ATL, and someday I would like to change the other bulb to PGX(Z?)18 bulb. Is there any reason why should I or not to change that ATL bulb to PGX(Z?)18 bulb?
Im talking about 220-240V

-And big thanks to Rives for all the info you have written :)

Does anyone know the ballast used for the Nanolux CMH 630W Double Lamp Fixture? I'm considering it over the DimLux for the price advantage it offers.

Sunlight supply, yes they have the phillips ballast and an awesome 95+ reflector!!

Ooooh: I didn't know those had a Philips ballast. Nice.

If I were going to spend that much I'd def go with the Greenbeams package, though. Only about $50 more per unit. Not a big fan of the SS reflector with the built-in ballast.

But that's really more about my specific situation, not performance. These will do very nicely for you.

For the price I paid it was much less than the greenbeam.

I think it's more likely that they just market Philips lamps as their own. A lot of products are sold that way.

:yeahthats

i think alot of companies selling these philips units to cannabis growers are trying to conceal the "philips" brand to avoid drawing attention....

Oh ya im 100% sure the bulbs are made by Phillips. Very common for vendors to just put there name on it. We still cant buy just the lamp. Some of these off brand systems only sale the complete unit. I did a search could not fond any of there bulbs

It's not proprietary. Philips doesn't make a lamp just for them so standard Philips lamps from other sources should fit.

Cycloptics goes a step further, putting a spot of silver paint on the tip of the lamp to eliminate a hot spot created by their reflector but it's still a standard Philips lamp.
