But there are also practices in which certain substances are taken in order to go beyond duality. However, it is not a normal and daily practice. You know from your own experience that it's all about awareness.

In search of beneficial microbes and fungi for my living soil, i managed to ferment and fungi my Lacto B (made out of rice wash, cheese water and milk). This is a first for me. Could be just penicillium??? Anyways maybe someone could help out???
So i just burried the whole stuff in my soil, which seems to be super active and is creating its own wild cover crop. Hope i did not screw up
