I trimmed and jarred my plant.

I ended up with 235.4 grams, but it might still have some water weight?

The plant was crumbley dry on the outside, but some inner buds weren't fully dried up.
I sealed up the jars with hygrometers to see what the RH settles in at.

I realized that the jars are different sizes. One is a US gallon (3.78 l) and one is an imperial gallon (4.54 l).

My new closet plant has stalled.

There has been no change for 24 hours.
Normally she would have opened up and started showing and growing her first set of leaves.

I'm just going to leave her alone and try to apply lots of LITFA.

This happened with my last plant and I ended up transplanting three "duds" into the window planter. One died, but the other two took off and did great.
I kept messing around with the one that died,.. digging her up for pictures and no LITFA.

So, I'll give it a couple days and see what happens.
I did turn up the lights a little bit.

It could have been caused by the shock of me turning down the lights when she popped above the surface.
It was a lot warmer in the closet before I turned down the lights.

The jars are showing the same temperature and RH and it looks pretty good.
I'll give it another day to see if the readings are stable, then add the 58% RH Boveda packs.

I decided to give up on the closet plant.
It's completely stalled.

So I dug it up and transplanted it into the window planter.
It looks pretty bad and doesn't have a tap root.
I don't know if I broke it by messing around with it, or if it was the temperature and humidity changes, or if there was something in the coco/perlite mixture?

I decided to use the seedling starting mixture to make a 2 inch by 2 inch hole filled with it for my next seed.
I know the seedling starting mixture is clean and it has worked for me before.

I started a seed yesterday and it has cracked, so I planted it in the seedling starting mix in the middle of the planter.
I decided to try a different seed, so I started a Ghost Rose.

I won't touch anything in the closet now for at least 4-5 days.

Everything is stable, humid and warm.

The RH rose a bit more in the jars, so I guess I could have waited another day or two to trim and jar it.

I put Boveda packs in the jars. That should bring the RH into range for curing.

Just burp them?

Yeah, I guess I could, but this way is easier.

I justify my laziness by assuming that you lose all kinds of terpines every time you open the jar.

I'm really not keen on opening the jars 10 times a day for a week or two.

I think that the Boveda packs should eliminate the need for burping.

They are the big Boveda packs, with lots of room to soak up some moisture.

I just burp once a day.

The big benefit of the Boveda pack in this situation is surely that you don't forget the jar open after smoking a sample when burping. :D

Yeah, that's another thing.
I do tend to be forgetful and not pay attention, especially when I'm stoned and drunk.

Now I can just "set it and forget it".

The Boveda packs last indefinitely until they get crispy, but they only get crispy when they dry out, and I'm using them to suck up moisture.

The membrane is still on the cotyledons, but I'm just going to leave it alone and keep it damp so that she can shed it herself.

I may have broken the tap root on the last sprout by removing the shell and membrane?

I just put another drop of water on the sprout and saw a springtail running up the stem and around on the cotyledons.
That's cool!!
It will eat any mold it finds.
