She really is a nice looking plant.
I took Reiko's advice and I will be harvesting her in a day or so.

I'm letting her dry up the planter and haven't watered her in a couple days.

It's easier to reuse the soil in the planter if it's dried out.

















My lucky mystery plant is looking good too...
It's flowering as well.

Nice fat yielding bush, and you finally got some autumn colors

Yeah, I'm curious to know what my yeild will be.

I'm liking the autumn colors but it would be nice to see some neat purples and reds.



As soon as I harvest it, the window plant will be going into the closet, and I will start the Gorilla Girl on the window sill.

Luckily my cat is pretty indifferent. I guess that's a good thing because she leaves my plants alone.

I just make stuff up as I go. Lol


I've had a lot of help here on this forum.
I couldn't have done it without all the help, advice, and opinions.

I think it sucks.
I can't tell if she's ready yet or not.

I don't blame it on genetics or her being an autoflower though.

I turned on my exhaust fan to help dry out the plant and soil, so with the extra airflow it will push in cold air from the floor.

And what am I talking about !!

I've got purple !!

It's just not on the leaves...
It's on the trunk, and branches.

That's better anyway.

I'd rather see her with a nice tan than the look of old age. Lol

I don't think it's so much the plant as the lighting and SIP container?

I don't need seeds.

I can grow all my plants to 200 grams plus now.

I've got enough seeds now to last me for years.

She is as tall as the closet plant now.

I had to move her because she was growing right into the light socket.

She was trying to kill herself. Lol

I'm going to let her go a little longer.

I see very few amber trichomes ans still a lot of clear ones.

Perhaps with her being starved of water and a cooler closet, it may hurry her up ?


The window plant still has some room to grow before she hits the ceiling.

Well in my ignorant and inexperienced mind, i think that foxtailing is when they are trying to find male polen to reproduce, ence the orange pistils below and the new ones appearing reaching high and with a different kind of grow of the calyxes.
i guess even if you get more amber trichomes it will be kinda of balanced cause of the new trichs cause of foxtailing?dunno, my 2 cents

Indeed they look good with a tan
you say you dont have purple in the buds, not even a little bit?in the bigger pic it appears to be a light purplish colour

The new growth is new pistils.
They have few trichomes and if they do, they are clear.

No big deal really, it's just that those buds won't be as good.
It's not like they're bad, just not as good as the mature buds.
And you need to ignore them when you look at the plant trying to judge maturity.

I'd tone down the # of light hours to shift the focus to maturing over spitting out new growths. half hour to an hour less a week or so.

outside of introducing far reds and UVs at key periods that is likely your best bet at shifting the plants focus.

Yeah, I didn't think of that sort of thing until recently.
She's at 7/17 right now.

It's too late now to stop the foxtailing, but maybe I can hurry her up to make more amber trichomes.

I also didn't really know where the plant was at and how long I was going to grow her out.

I could cut her now, but I'm going to wait until the window plant is touching the ceiling.


Next plant...
I've got a better idea of how long to grow them out and how long that takes.

She will be 11 weeks old tomorrow.
The last plant went for something like 16 weeks.

I like the equal amounts of amber and clear trichomes as a guideline.

I just got a call from Air Duct Cleaning Services.

I said that I've got a cat, I don't have any ducks. Lol

I said,.. seriously, I've got a wall furnace, I don't have any ductwork, and hung up.

I wonder if they clean rabbits. Lol
