Panop:

Do you use Cal/Mag as a "prophylactic" to prevent deficiencies or to make up for an absence of it in your nute mix?

I started using it a few feedings ago when I was see what I believed to be a Mag def.
and I would like to continue using it but I'm not sure if I should use it every feeding.

That is pretty sweet the Ice decided to go purple. I never had any of mine go purple, but during flushing the fan leaves got photogenic. Harvest soon...

Yes. To both questions.

I'm on well water, so I don't have terrible tap water to contend with. But I do notice a tendency for my plants to go south quicker if I don't use it on a regular basis.

I started using it when I lived inside city limits and was using municipal water. At the time I was adding 2 tsp per gallon to counteract all of the shitty water treatment additives, now I'm down to 1 tsp per gallon, just to cover my ass. Helps prevent lock-out and all, so it's worth it.

The only time I don't use Cal-Mag is during a flush.

Thx bro:woohoo: But ya...today I had the flu and so I didnt do much except sit and sleep/look around on forums and blow chunks:1help: lol but dude after I read this thread I went and read all your threads off and on over the day and WOW dude fucking awsome. I loved em cuz they were short and str8 to the point. Awsome job and the journey from your first snow white grow bro. Sry your yields were not satisfactory to you... I hope you get some fat nugs from this grow. You should with that sexy new toy you have:joint:

Those girls I posted were grown under 4 x 42 watt cfls in 2 30 gallon rubbermaids flipped on eachother. I also got a Blueberry X Cotton Candy going in another box aswell. I will be happy if I get atleast 2 oz. The Purple Chitrals's nugs are ROCK HARD shits crazy...anyways..

Take care bro, Ill be watching

Two weeks max for the Ice and Hashplants. The Mandala strains will go a bit longer...

I didn't do anything special as far as flower nutes are concerned. I just used FloraNova Bloom, Liquid Karma, Cal-Mag and Molasses. While most of them contain a low dosage of N, I didn't add any extra.

My plants are actually quite yellow, but it doesn't show up properly in my photos. I take pictures when my HPS is on, and I adjust my white balance in order to get rid of that orange cast. I think that the white balance also saps some of the yellow in the fan leaves.

Here's two shots I took with the lights off, for comparison:

Nice looking ladies there. Don't worry about the yellowing at this point. They will be ready for harvest soon enough. All of that sugar in the molasses is all they need to make those buds fatten out completely. Great thread yet again and I'm hoping you get some good yield numbers.

Thanks, man.

I wasn't worried about the yellowing, my previous post was to show max0r that my plants weren't as green as some of my photos made them look.

Still checking in on you my friend. & you are still doing a great job. Looking forward to a smoke report. You convinced me on the mandala, so I ordered me some sadhu & satori. Should be arriving any day now.

Dope. Mandala seeds are top-notch. Plus the whole group running that show are easy to deal with. Very nice, professional. Mike has some really informative posts concerning feeding that taught me how to fertilize properly.

I watered the Ice and Hashplants today with molasses @ 1 tsp per gallon.
The Satori and Kalichakra received following per gallon:
1 tsp FloraNova Bloom
2 tsp Liquid Karma
1 tsp Cal-Mag
1 tsp molasses

Trichomes on the Hashplants and Ice are clear/cloudyish, so a little bit longer and they're ready to chop!
