Glad to hear that @GrandpaMillenial If some parts of the buds are already revegging, remove all the old overripen buds and leave only the new sprouts, so the all the energies and correct hormones can focus on the revegging parts, don't let the plant get dry too much and provide feeding rich in nitrogen until branches produce leaves of at least 5-7 leaflets, then clone and renew-establish a new mother plant.

Another one. I thought was male at first or somehow slipped my eye but here she is. Flipped to flower as a pretty small clone and transplanted about halfway through stretch because she just got huge. I honestly did not expect it. I may even take a plant out of this tent and let her have the whole right side of the tent. Anyhow I was not excepting such a big beautiful branchy one like this all decked out with exaggerated sativa leaning traits and branches making branches. Shes glorious.

Now this one also has some leaf morphology issues, slight variegation but also structural. Ive seen it before but I can’t recall in which lines or seed pack. After some reading I decided it was a result of inbreeding and more or less inevitable to show up in the population. Let me know what you guys think.

If this pic is showing the issue you have I will say the source is the PH/root zone rather than genetics. Probably related to the frequency/amount of feeding. Given the light green color at the buds/branch ends showing in the other photos I will also suggest you are feeding at an EC that's too high or perhaps some components of your nutrient/feed are out of kilter.

Do you check the runoff EC from time to time after feeding ? Try testing the runoff PH too. Testing runoff is a great diagnostic.

If any of the above is correct there is plenty of time left to overcome the problem before lasting damage is done.

I'm a convert to this method for growing in coco: https://www.cocoforcannabis.com/principles-fertigation-feed-water-cannabis-coco/

Maybe test your runoff then refer to the tutorial for a possible solution.

Peace

Yup in that pic shows it. Some leaves have truncated blades and half formed blades, they recur every other node,it seems on branches that show it.

I should check runoff ec but I haven’t done it in a while. I did reduce the feeds for this panama as well as a few others she shares a tent with. Im running her alongside some chem, og, and gg crosses all at different stages of bloom so feeding requirements are all over the place. Was hoping for a more one size fits all fertigation regimen but looks like I will have to tailor some mixes for each plant.

Im using megacrop for this run, in straight coco, LED 200w, 2x4 tent

Nice link, I appreciate it. Ive pretty much been doing the drain to waste according to those guidelines for a while but I run it a bit less strict than that method calls for. I mostly just keep the coco from drying out with at least one fertigation event per day and try to runoff a bit a few times a week. Once a week i do a heavier fertigation and go for more run off.

Thanks for the info.

After years of enjoying the Panama and the hybrids created from this gem I have found an exceptional specimen. This cut delivers the best high I have experienced in cannabis. I feel like I've finally found an exceptional keeper with this girl. Here she is at 6 weeks since flip.
