Still have a few more weeks to go, and forecast is for frost next week. Should I harvest early, or can she withstand below freezing night temps?

I think she looks pretty fine for harvest, i dont see many white hairs and a lot of very swollen calyxes. Watch out for mold. Especially on the parts with brown wilted leafs.

But please wait for some more opinions. This is imo.

Thanks. I just harvested my Bangi Haze which was in the same condition as this Pangi, except there was beginning signs of bud rot.

Have have no doubt about that @LHC
Panama and Malawi are stellar parents ! I wish I had a bigger tent to grow more Ace plants hehe

How was yours ? Do you have a smoke report in that thread ?
I have written somewhere about my impression of Pangi. I am not som clever at describing terps, but the effect was very uplifting, no anxiety and creative. Psychedelic when you consume a lot. Also very functional. First time I tried it, I reorganized the kitchen and wrote a long article related to my work. Would be perfect for those who smoke during the daytime and like to get things done. Great for trekking and outdoors social activity. It is a favourite of mine.
Zamaldelica is drying as I write, so I have not tried it yet.

Hi ganja people,

We are at day 8 after germination and things are going great so far. Seedlings have great vigor. In around a week, I will select one Pangi and one Zamaldelica, transplant them in bigger pots and grow them side by side. I'm sure they gonna be nice additions to my stash.

I give you the link of my thread in case you'd like to watch my other Ace grows.

Good luck. Nice stash 😎

What's the secret to keeping newly germinated seedlings nice and short like yours in the pic ? I've been growing for many years but I'm yet to work out how to prevent my seedlings from growing too tall in the first week or more.

Peace

Hey @Old Fogey !

I go full blast with lights on seedlings. I just make sure VPD is in the good range (right now, temp is 25°C when lights are on and RH is 60%). My light is a Spider Farmer SF2000 and Its 3 feet away from the seedlings. I also germinate straight in Fox Farm Happy Frog soil.

I recognise your profile pict. These are the juicy Killer A5 Haze buds you grew last summer.

What is on your garden these days ?

Thanks for the reply. I think I'm guilty of overwatering new seedlings. I'm definitely not doing it right.

I'm running the same KA5H #2 clone for a final time. I transplanted it from a 1lt pot to a 3 gal fabric just before flip and it was doing well until I did a heavy scrog type supercropping around day 5 or 6. It went belly up under the stress, I suspect due to a lack of root mass and I'm struggling to get her going again. I have a rootzone booster on the way from an online store. I'm now on Day 19, hopefully I can give the plant a couple of treatments in coming days without it affecting the flowers, which continue to form relatively well despite the poor health of the plant.

KA5H is an awesome strain and I still have some beans but I think I will be going with Panama Bangi fem seeds for my next grow. Probably 2-3 plants, then run the best as a clone at least one more time.

Good luck with your Panama Bangi, be sure to keep us posted.

Peace

Day 26 since germination.

I did some high stress training to prepare the girls for the flowering stage. Since I don't have much space, I'll go for 6 colas per plant. I did 8 colas/plant in the past and it was too tight with 3 plants in the tent. In a couple days, once the plants will have recover, I'll switch the light schedule to 11/13.
