Pakistan Yarkhun @ Mriko

Just wanted to post my experience with the Paki Yarkhun, I got 2 females, one was done fairly quick, very thick appearance, dense indica nugs with flat tops and very beautiful, very kushy looking. I wish I kept that one, produced rock hard nugs from top to bottom, they were like little rocks... The smell was delicious, very terpy, like a more feminine smell to it, reminds me of some good Amnesia Haze smell, without the sharp lemon aspect to it... The high was nice and relaxed, nothing too crazy, but very tasty smoke, and very enjoyable high, maybe it has a good amount of CBD in it.. The other pheno, had similar smell, but more of a spear type airy sative type structure of nugs... however It needed another week or 2 to finish properly, didnt really have enough time to fatten the pistils up... so the smoke experience kinda got ruined by this factor, I'm sure if it fatten up woulda been very nice as well! I still have some of these nugs left in a jar.. I'll eventually get to them! I still have half a pack left here and definitely will pop the rest soon and maybe make some f3s... Oh yeah I forgot to mention I got around 10-15 beautiful seeds seeds off of the nice pheno, that was used a Cabeca de Nega (brazilian sativa) male that reeked since week 1. Will try running those soon too, should be interest to see what comes out! Thanks once again Roms! Peace

Hey BW congrats for the F1 with la Cabeca de Negra! Very interesting for sure, good run with them bro!

Your report THX sounds like my cross with X18 right? You ran the pure Yarkhun F2? or the double Pakistan aka Pakik ? :huggg:

I think they were the Yarkhun f2's, not 100%sure... I'll double check it when I get a chance, definitely have plants to run the other half of the pack, they were my favorite plants out of 20 different cultivars... Ahh and the smoke was so tasty! Didn't get me as stoned as the other stuff but was a real pleasure blazing a joint of it. Tasty from tip to tip!

Well i really think it is the X18 x Yarkhun because pure Yarkhun are a bit more sativa type looking in the end with also airy buds... Not rock ones like you had.. Double check your fridge to be sure seeds are also differents, Yarkhun seeds are medium size, light color with a lot of zebra. Double Pakik are brown, bigger and just few zebra.

Coool ya enjoy it, and wow out of 20 cultivars it's significant thank you for the news Buddah Watcha, it makes my night!

Smoke report on the Yarkhun.

The taste is sweet, fruity(cherry oriented), faint floral, faint earthy-must, with a little funk that I've noticed in others paki.
At first you notice an energy going to the center of the head, lightly stimulating the pineal gland, Then some spacey effects come on followed by some euphoria and a calm relaxation over the body.
I find the smoke good for doing repetitive tasks. I flowered this one for 12-13 weeks. The smell from the dried buds is amazing. One of my favorite smelling cultivars.

The other pheno had a sweet, tar-fuel funk, earthy, and a subtle floral taste.
This one had a similar high but more stimulating thoughts. I picked this one at 10 weeks due to nanners from stress. I think it would have gotten heavier if finished.

You are right broda, they are Yarkhun x X18 F2's, thats what they say, I musta got a nice X18 Dominant pheno. Those nugs were rock hard, prolly one of the most dense herbs I've had. It was really a beautiful pheno, and it was ready at 8 weeks... Was one of the quickest plants of that run! Really sucks I did not have a chance to try to reveg or clone it... Oh well, I do have a half pack of x18, hopefully I get them to pop, and half pack of the x18 x yarkhun... I got a few other landrace seeds and this summer I have plans on doing a landrace run and definitely make f2's and some cool hybrids. I'll try to keep you guys on the loop!

Mmmh let's do it bro and thanks for the ride! I suggest to select your X18 for moms and the double Pakik for males if you can... Less problem next to choose your kind of rocky buds and keepin nice stature. Feel free to post pictures if you have! Peace

Mmmh good news congratz for the Yarkhun repro Doc! Even if they are a bit old the greenz will shine with few of them anyway... Good luck for the germination! Also your cross with DC popo is interesting like a backcross imo, it should compact the Pakistan indica/sativa thing i mean.

Ya Hunza sativa kush! Those have to be reproduced if you can! Vibes brow

X18*Yarkhun F1 tested at 47°N years ago...
The apex stretch had bugged because the roof of the greenhouse not high enough, it was about +2m! Ahah the big bush indica!

Same spot by friends with my pure sativa Swazi red F2 in front of the double Paki and others behind. With the same apex stress bug cause lack of height...

And don't know what is the other little plant bottom right? From young and late clone maybe?.. ^^

Good question Buddah, pictures are from end September... An early harvest one month later i think but yes moldy issue and for both Swaz and Pakiki! Nevertheless the tinkered friend's greenhouse was not well ventilated and leaning against a large wall so not really optimum! ;)

:) friend's spot did not expect to have such big plants ahah so relative report ya! Well i think that Pakik resistance should performs well outdoor it depends between Yarkhun specimens or X18 rock buds that needs dryness air! For the cold of course no problem with both heritage.

7 of my last Pakik f2's hit the dirt, along with my last 12 beans of Pakik f2 (x18 pheno) x Cabeca de Nega #4, also threw a x18 to see if its gonna germinate or I need to scuff it and maybe use some peroxide... Another 2 days should see some popping out of the dirt! I'll keep yall posted!
