Let me chime in for Delaware.
We might be small but we're right in the middle of everything:
1 hour from Philly
2 1/2 from NY
45 minutes from Rehobeth beach
1 1/2 hours from ocean city (both of them)

And crappy clay soil that makes guerrilla action difficult!

If you live in or around Philly
Bristol has bales (3.8) of Pro-Mix Bx going for $20 at least for a few weeks, cant beat that price with a stick. They said they over ordered and have too much. Normal price is $35 wherever the location including Primex.
