ptfarmer420 - Its not a good thing. Some phenos are really gross smelling. Wicked strong, putrid, rotten cheese and dead animal smell.
I guess it all depends on what pheno you get. Some are sweeter/dank smelling.

MisterD - I use FFOF soil with 40% FoxFarms Chunky Perlite. Ive never smoked OD grown JLB on the islands before. (Wishes do come true though)..

IGROWMYOWN - The Cheesedog is very branchy. Decent to small yielder. The potency is where she shines. The taste and smell are funky/dank. Very potent smoke. Excellent hash material.
A few people liked the smoke, some didnt. It was to gross tasting and smelling for them. In a bad way.
Some phenos are killin it. I like the taste alot. It all depends what pheno you get.

Its happy plantness. I havent fed them anything.
The JLB is a dainty little princess.

The seedlings are now starting to show sex at 12"T x 9nodes.
Im guessing I have 1 or 2 ChemmyJones females, and 3 - 21 females. I got alot of males this run. I needed them, so that a good thing.

1 - Strawlumbian ShitBrick
1 - Quill

Clones Im taking for the next SOG run:
22 - GrandoggyPurps - grape juice pheno
10 - GrandoggyPurps - purse pheno
08 - Strawberry Dogshit - strawberry-lime pheno

After 2 weeks Im taking cuts of the seed plants for the next perpetual SOG and breeding.
Im also gonna flower out 6 Grape Ape x OGKush and 2 SourD x OGKush.

I've grown a few packs of CSG's gear and I can attest to the quality. They were always what they were supposed to be. I had some nice keepers too but lost them in a home invasion. Still got seeds from that last crop too!

His plants look real nice as well.

I'm pretty sure OJD has a pretty steller reputation on bringing dank to the canna community.

There may be some people that hate on him and just call him a pollen chucker or whatever because he just crosses 2 proven strains together but hey what seedbank really is breeding there own lines anymore? Not really many that I can think of.

I also would just look at overgrows pictures of his CSG gear and how much of it he is growing different strains of CSG and you could pretty much make the judgment call for yourself that CSG puts out some dank ass gear.

Very nice overgrow those grape ape x og kush are gonna be killer!!

No fucking way!!!!!! The smell and tatste is too strong for some people. Gross!!! How can this be? Usually the ranker the dope the better. I have a pack of cheesedog's that I was gonna hang onto for a couple months. Now I wanna pop them to see if I get the same rotten smells as you. Lots of my friends call the cheese, and cheese x's I grow their favorite, so now I'm dying to give the cheesedogs a shot.

- Frankenstein........To each their own. I didnt like the Cheesedog at all. Nor did anybody that tried it. Nobody wants it.
Im serious when I say its gross in a bad way. Its not appealing at all, smell and taste wise. Great for concentrates though.

Above post was report from plants grown from seed. The clones tasted much better. Sweeter and smoother.
The potency is off the chart. I just wish it wasnt so loose and flarfy.

weird lol . I heard the same thing about the cheesedog .. that's the only strain. I have gotten to smoke.. and I personally thought it was garbage.. but it could have been grower error...
