Outdoors: durban poison, shaman, and brain damage

here are a few pics of the plants from today...

i'm growing Dutch Passion's durban poison and shaman, and KC's brain damage...however i can only identify the durban as of right now...

grow is totally organic; no nutes, ferts, nothing.

durban poison (sprouted indoors):

not sure which strain this one is (planted seed directly in ground outdoors without germination). does anybody know why it is sooooo tall with minimal leaf development? It was about 2 weeks ago, and a week ago nothing had come up from the ground yet.

Thanks for all the help, and sorry for the terrible image quality, had to use my cellphone's 1.3 ...once flowering comes into play, i'll use the real digi...

Its a combination of poor light, and drasticly different day and night temperatures.
Especially the first four hours of the day.

Tell me sur, what latitude are you at? I'm very interested being where I am (see under avitar) and having a few DP durban beans left.

Deft - we already pm'd about this? lol

NeptHaze - that would explain it...it has gone from hot one night, to wear-a-jacket-cold the next night...and scorching hot during the day to moderately cool

Yea lol, I just like a lot of second opinions before I decide.

I'd go for them, I duno, I've only smoked one strain of my own (grown myself), and it was Durban Poison...it simply blew every else away, and I've smoked my fair share of strains.

didn't do anything...the one durban poison (the biggest plant) was sprouted in a cup with topsoil i purchased...but the others were just put in the ground...

however, the soil where i'm growing looks to be of high quality

bone/blood meal? is this a nut. or what? sorry i don't have any experience with nutes/ferts or anything...

i'm sure i'll find out at the store, but how should i use this, which one should i buy, bone or blood, and which brand?

You can get it combined as one product...only thing is that it might attract animals. I use kelp and high P bat guano with a lil urine for my vegetative fertilizer.

a box of blood and bone meal only cost about 5 dollars a piece and the plant's will thank you for it. i only added blood meal to the soil of 2 of my plant's and they are out growing the other older plant's by leap's and bound's.
