she was sick her whole life but still yields ok like 50-60 grams
had lots of mold on this one
also rockhard compact nugs
Tomorrow i will harvest another think different , ill cut down the unripe blueberry and i will harvest another auto extrem. She needs10-14 days more but i need the space and she has lots of mold , the 3 other auto extremes where pretty good mold wise, this one is not, dont have pics right now.
I transplanted trainwreck, ukcheese, Karmas unknown lady, snowball, sour bubble , powerplant and SPG the the ground already in the greenhouse
Next up are amnesia, beso, white jones, happy brother, and prolly a few more
Taste: Melon, Orange, Hazelnuts, sweet with a bit sour in there
Buds: Compact round nugs. Low leaf to calyx ratio. Don't shrink that much when drying. Almost no little fluffy buds. High resin production and calyxes are really dense. Looks sativa, feels indica.
Effect: High with a good body stoned. When grown properly the high can be overwhelming for a first time smoker, or untrained recreationalist. Better high than most other autoflowers. A social high for a nice evening with friends.
Easy to grow strain, but you can expect mold when grown outdoors in a humid climate. Will veg for 5 weeks then flower for 5-6 weeks (expect 2nd flowering to commence in week 5)
This strain will yield about 100g per plant minimum. With proper care you can expect plants around 150-300g each.
Overall a very very nice autoflower strain. One of the best and most reliable I've seen so far.
Dry bud
Harvest of the First Think Different (one plant)
The 10 selected plants at transplant (4 weeks outside in temperatures not exceeding 14 degrees... so slowed down by the low temps. This caused a 2-3 week delay in harvest time.)
Next update will be a summary on the Auto Extreme by Dutch Passion.
Very kushy smell, wonderfull full taste and good stone, will grow more of this for sure lots of tasty strong phenos
Think different
Huge buds close to no mold very nice smell fresh sativa smell sticky icky!!!
All autos have been harvested now
I prefer the think different and auto mazar Both have some real good phenos some are resitant to mold others not so but the qualoity of the herb and the aromas are real nice
TD is a nice sativa and auto mazar a nice indica
TD smells range from fresh fruity sativaish to fruity blood orange she is the best yielder
Automazar has some skunky mazar phenos , some afghan mazar phenos , some white strain phenos and a pheno that resembles the auto used to create this strain. The afghan dom pheno gets a kushy earthy smell during cure and makes huge buds
The auto extreme has very nice buds and some mold resistant phenos but I think smells on this one are a bit bland. Just not my taste.
The auto blueberry I had was too slow 4 months and still going
Will grow TD and AM next year
The greenhouse is now filled with regular strains :
5 big bushes :
Amnesia one of my all time favs creamy lemony sandalwood hazy
White jones 1 white dominant
White jones 2 fruity berry
Happy brother complex sweet souer smell
Beso pineapple smell
These are for private stash for the next years I love these strains, the beso i have never grown but tested and it is very c99
Then i have a few small plants just for extra tastes :
Trainwreck rotten to the core vomit babypuke smell with something fresh
Ukcheese exodus cut pungent to the max
sour bubble dmt cut, will get mold but i will be able to harvest 60-70% and the weed is just too good super sour smoke
Sweet pink Grapefruit Breedersteve cut wonderfully fruity strain
Snowball sweet white strain nice indica coffeeshop cut
Powerplant typical white train smell is a coffeeshop cut
Karmas unknown lady ("shoreline") wonderful complex kiwi strawberry pungent smell cant wait totaste the weed of this one very special
The snowball cheese beso and the unknown lady have not been tested in my conditions yet the other are easy to harvest with regard to mold, i hope the other ones will be ok...
Beautiful plants man.
A question about DP Think different effects/high:
How is this sativa dominant strain holding up to sativa's like Trainwreck, sssdh...
The think different is not as cerebral as the ones you mention. It is more like white widow.
Pictureless update
I transplanted a sour diesel, big sur holy and white widow plant.
I have backups of all the moms now so i will throw away the other plants
Harvest will be a bit later this year cuz normally I start covering the greenhouse from the streetlight beginning of august.
But because the autos took so long they did not have much time left, so i will start covering the greenhouse from saturday on.
The plants had stayed in pots the whole time , some where neglected and need time to recuperate.
So plants now in the ground in the greenhouse are :
Amnesia
White jones 1
White jones 2
Sweet pink grapefruit
Sour bubble
Beso
Happy brother
Unknown lady
Uk cheese
Trainwreck
Snowball
White widow
Power plant
Big sur holy
Sour diesel
All plants are small so thats why i put more.
Unknown lady
snowball
big sur holy
white widow
cheese
beso
sour diesel
These are all untested in my conditions. I hope mold will be ok. The other ones should all normally get minor to no mold.
The sour bubble is terrible mold wise, prolly will be able to harvest 60% ripe but the weed is too damn good to not grow it.
This weekend I will train all plants and then I will hope for a good fall.
AMnesia, happy bro, white jones and spg are the main stash cuz these are a breeze to grow in my conditions. So glad I finally have a big happy brother plant cuz i love the weed
All plants are in the greenhouse and have begun flowering
Flowering is 10 days later this year because i could not shield the greenhouse from the streetlight untill i transplanted all plants and harvested the autos. This is a big problem .
Next year i will have to put less autos half the greenhouse and keep the other half for non auto strains so i can start covering them at night.
I have thrips and mites and have been spraying the plants every 5 days for the last 3 weeks with different products to keep the mites from getting resistant.
But the thri^ps and mites just keep coming. Sunday is the last day i will treat them, after that buds will start forming and i wont spray then.
i will order natural predators but i have bad experience with them but better then nothing. I hope I will be able to harvest the plants web free. I was seriously even thinking about throwing all plants away and start indoor.
Sweet pink grapefruit
The day after treating them i see new damage, on this plant the mites seem indesctructible. I may throw this plant away as infestation will explode when i quit spraying them
I also found out i have a big tree outdoors that is full of mites, next year that tree will go.
Too bad with the bugs. I don't think thrips will do much damage though? Since I caught spider mites I don't worry about my thrips any more in my indoor grow;p
Colder days are coming and the mites probably won't be breeding so fast when we get to the end of September - also a regular spraying with pure water keeps them down a bit. Good luck with the plants - I'm sure you'll have a good harvest despite the bugs.
Tmorrow ill spray for the last time and then the predators will do the rest hopefully
I am going to put out 500 orius mites for the SPG cuz it has thrips and the orius eats mites and thrips.
On the other plants I will put out 25000 predatory mites. I have never put them out in such quantities before so normally that should be able to slow them down till harvest.
Ill spray the plants one more week with water before putting out the predators
I will let them rest today and in the weekend i will remove the vermeticulite and i will do a proper photo update
Flowering has begun 10 days later then usual cuz of the super autos. I had to wait untill they where finished before i could transplant these plants and start covering the GH from the damn streetlight
