Now that the mites are under control i have a new problem

I think it is rust fungus or some leaf spot disease

picture.php

picture.php

It is slowly spreading

i will remove all infected leaves and spray with greencure as it is odorless and non toxic

But greencure does not work for long and i can only spray untill week 4 or so, dont want moldy buds

Has anyone ever seen this disease and does anyone have advice on how to deal with this?

...any fruitbody down there yet? i think you have to let this grow out to be sure which kind of fungus it is. but take a close up from below of the most progressed issues as well, and let´s see if we can sort it out....

edit: do you have a lot of some of those plants around your greenhouse: roses, pines, currant, pear or a wheat-/sedgefield??? if yes it would be interesting which, to get a hint of direction...

Okay no answer so far, so i can guess only:

i think most likely it is the ycosphaerella brassicicola or a common "rust" like puccinia ribis/p. malvacearum/p. poarum. (perhaps, but i guess not, it could be the colletotrichum trichellum as well).

But i am sure you have an infestation exactly like that somehwere outside in your garden.
if you think/know that this spray product is safe to use atm do so, but i would recommend two other things...
..for me it looks like you have transported these spores into the greenhouse; especially on the shown infested parts of your plant on the pics, look like it was whiped onto the plants by passing them. at least it looks like that for me.

be more carefull to be clean in your greenhouse; it seems it is quite mold-vulnerable.
...and this leads to my second advise...
i guess you are in the greenhouse everyday anyways.
-so buy a uv-c bulp for 30€ and go through the greenhouse and the plants every evening!
believe me, this is the best hint i can give you :)

thx 4 the advice

I have found the culprit after brainstorming with chak-ra, it is brown leaf spot disease or brown blight

My moms indoor also have it and for those i will use a chemical fungicide

I have sprayed the flowering plants with greencure as it is non toxic and odorless

Buds still need to form so i hope greencure and removing infected parts will enable me to harvest.

Tomorrow 2 friends will come by and we will treat every leaf with a washing cloth and the chemical fungicide because spraying that shit on flowering plants is not an option. I hope this will keep it under control so I dont need to spray greencure anymore.

Even though it is non toxic and odorlesss I dont want anything on my buds once they swell

Happy brother

the only plant that I could train a bit, I should have put less plants but this is not a grow for yield but for different tastes and to see how certain moms perform in my climate

I wanna make early outdoor versions, but I need to know how the moms perform

Mosca Negras Beso

I treated all plants with greencure agains the blight/leaf spot and today me and a few friends will treat the leaves manually with a washing cloth

Hopefully this will keep it under control

Next week I will also rent an insutrial dehumidifier with a capacity of 80 liter per 24 hours. I will test to see if this enables me to keep the RH under control, if so I will buy one next year

I am using the dehumidifier anyways combined with the gas heater and I now get 65% rh at night and 21 degrees celsius instead of 98% RH and 5-12 degrees:woohoo: I dont think i will get moldy buds this year!!

I hope this will also stop the leaf spot disease or slow it down, one more month!!

The dehuey costs 75 euros per week so it will cost me but next year ill buy one for me cuz i now know that together with a heater this is the perfect solution

Sounds like a nice plan:) how much electricity does it consume? And is it running constantly or do you have 65 as target?

it is running constantly and it is normally for rooms up to 1000 kubic metres, my grenhouse is about 128 kubic meters but 65% is the lowest I can get it at night

our climate really sucks for non mold resistant strains, this is mold country

Update part 1

The plants are flowring nicely but because of the late auto harvest I started covering the greenhouse later from the streetlight.

Normally I start covering the Gh from the 21st of june but this year it was the 15th of august. The consequence is that they are 7-14 days behind.

The good news is that the leaf spot is under control. Last week I removed all infected leaves and I put some capsules in the soil. They are called pireco capsules and are filled with herbal oils that boost the plants immune system. They smell like onion and garlic and it states very clearly on the packaging 100% organic will not alter taste of eatable vegetables and they can be harvested and consumed normally it is non toxic and it seems to be working.

In 5 days I only had a few spots here and there. this is becasue normally when you see infection, you have to spray and put capsules in the soil but as they are flowering I wont spray now. But is is really slowing the leaf spot down , almost stopping it toally so I am not worried bout the harvest anymore.

There are also capsules for spider mites which will be tested next year. If they work we finally have a 100% safe organic solution for mildew, leaf spot and insects

Amnesia moppel

The last one is from an outdoor plant, she smells delicious, buds are small, and no mold despite much rain.

Next year I will only grow Amnesia, SPG happy bro and trainwreck and one manitova cross

The 4 first ones never get mold and a heater is enough for a good harvest.

The dehumidifier works good but it consumes 1500 watts
