Original Diesel.

This looks a LOT like the Headband / Original Diesel cut I've held since 2006, my source got it in Mendo circa 2003.
looks more like Somas to me, but I''m mainly an NLD guy so I wouldn't take that to the bank :)

From what I understand Soma's has kind of a grapefruity thing about it, the nose on the Headband I have is 75% Diesel, 75% Skunk (yeah I know, the math doesn't add up for me either) and is 100% narcotic in effects.

the one looks variegated AND some form mosaic to me tbh....... my 2001 Sour D, no variegation....

interestingly I have early 1990's NL with variegation.... Don't many of these lines have old NL in them, nearly all of them....... things that make you go hmmmm...... people using the exact same / similar lineage calling it whatever the hell they like....... then again some people believe mutation is common in cannabis, yeah, genetic mutation is common in something - lol, maybe growing @ Chernobyl....
Don't get me wrong alot of these old cuts end up with some variegation but this exact variegation and look is the exact look as the Chem d cut that gets passed around.

I've never seen any pinks/Purples on the Original Diesel clone, on the ECSD yes but never the Original Diesel.
I've been through many of the well known cuts out there and the ECSD throws those colours but never the Original Diesel, its like the Chem 91 and dark green and doesn't want to fade.

To me all the well known cuts are very similar some just have a bit more Funk or Grease or vigour or etc etc but this cut is the best Diesel cut we ever grown or smoked

The Headband / Original Diesel I have *definitely* gets splashes of maroon in late flower. The ECSD clone I grew once around 2008 was pure green, though there are a ton of cuts called 'ECSD' out there.

😆 🤣 😂 😹

Yeah thats the Original Diesel clone 😆

Thats the known Chem d cut 😆 , known by everyone.
I've had several mixed up Chem cuts from Colorado big players , and I'm 99% sure that's the known Chem d cut , never have I seen a supposed Original Diesel clone with the exact same Chem d look ( what people used to call TMV)

So just for the record again JJ from topdawg seeds verified our cut when he came to Europe, JJ from the Chem family , has he verified your cut ?
Dude quit talking out your ass. I got Chem D. I got two different Chem D's. Also quit name dropping JJ. I live in CO dude, JJ is a homie and I asked him about your "Original Diesel" we shared a good laugh over a bowl of Chem D lol

Yall familiar with Swell from the Sour crew? When the wife gets home I will post the screenshots of his comments on IG regarding the Diesel cut J Trees crew runs. That is the one sourced from VT in 2001 but was already an old cut at that point. Swell goes on to say that Diesel actually looks like the REAL Diesel #2 aka Daywrecker aka Headband aka the mother to Sour D.
The heavily variegated Original Diesel I showed is definitely not Chem D. I will show both Chem D cuts I run as well. It was sourced from Chem Fam and held out here in CO since 06. Its probably the first one I am dropping after this little project and side by side. The J Trees Diesel is some of my favorite bud ever. Loud fuel, burnt rubber, skunky garlic notes. Reminds me of my favorite female from the Mass Super Skunk x Sour DieselBC3 JJ made.

I have been wondering if its some kind of vertically transferred virus.

I have also seen a cut going around as "Weasel Diesel or "Weasel's Diesel" that looks identical to this. From what the Sour Crew has came out and said there was definitely multiple cuts early on. My first cut I got was Sour. My grandma and uncle have had the same Sour cut since 2011 and gave her to me. I am pretty positive its the cut Manny originally popped. The Upstate, The real/first AJ cut and the one JJ uses. I think the really fuckin dank Original Diesel cut is the Shroomy420 cut that people are calling Albany Sour now. I wanna see if the 96 Original Diesel is the same as the Shroomy420 cut I got as the "Albany Sour". So far though this J Trees Diesel cut is a banger. Its about 1000x easier to grow that any Chem/Sour/Diesel I have met to date.

Been thinking that about the Albany Cut. It's a diesel for sure...but OG or Sour...that's where the nonsense begins, haha. Solid plant, an OG told me to run a Headband/Diesel/DW next to it, but will see how it finished. Running a BX4 keeper and just got another sour/Diesel cut in the cloner...The new jawn is the same thing Cloney is running so whatever that one is.

Being in Upstate, I appreciate the sour nostalgia, for me at this point I'm just looking for good Hazes, African/Asian/American sativa's, and a couple killer sours/diesels/dank chemmy type...the rest is peace ✌🏿

Your running the Snitch Sour shit and acting like JJ verified your shit. Thats hilarious.
Are you dumb ? , do some research .
I used to make seeds for the snitch and this no Rez Sour lol 😂 😆 🤣 😅 , JJ can't backtrack on what he said.

Why is it JJ never once commented on any of my post when I was showing Original Diesel work ? , he used to follow my old accounts before banned and I see him hit up anyone and correct them and point out fakes or mistakes.

This cut has been in Europe for over decade and many legendary people including JJ 😜 , AJ ( who said this is better than his cut when he tried it in Spain) so take your bullshit back to whoever you want and get them to message me direct to if they want to talk shit.

Facts i have 1 of the best Diesel cuts left in our game , and 99% lost or never had access to this cut at all anyway , 99% had access to ECSD or bagseed ECSD or Rez Sour d

No offense OJD but I have a hard time believing that the best Diesel of all time ended up in Europe and nowhere else, especially considering its provenance (NE US).
He prudently left himself that 1%, but indeed a valid point my friend

No offence taken and I understand your scepticism, but from what I've sampled ( of anyone ever) this Diesel cuts is the loudest, best ain't a word I should use as its subject to taste preferences etc but this is the loudest and up there with the strongest I've ever had.

I've tried most of the well known cuts and it's a cut above them all , and don't get me wrong this cut isn't available anywhere I know ? and not a passed around cut in Europe at all( we don't pass it out ever) like alot of the cuts are.

I've been using this cut for around a decade and any x made with it made some serious noise , and many well know growers who have access to all the cuts they want still rave about any strain made with it like Fuel , Diesel Dipped Cookies etc etc, and the new work has made some noise also.

I've been a Diesel fan since first finding the Internet and me and mates have read and tracked down any Diesel info , cuts , flowers etc etc like nerds as to me Diesel and Haze are my 2 favourite strains/Lines of all time and nothing is better.

I'm doing lots of work with this Diesel cut this year so you and others will have plenty to critique over 2023
