Hey NewBeginnings its better to have the seeds sent to a friends house just in case. But if you must have them sent to a grow house it should be alright as long as your not being watched by the police. And if you want to put your mind at ease go with S. D. there great. Peace.

IMHO, questions like this get different answers at different places. Here, its SD that gets all the love.

Id just order SD if I were ya. If theres a problem, you can take it up with gypsy right here at ICMAG....I don't think youll have any problems though

That's what I'm saying. If it's not safe to have the seeds mailed to the grow location then why would it be any safer at my poor friends house? If it's safe, it's safe. If it's not, it's not. Why drag someone else into the situation?

What does everyone else do?

"Hey Fred, can I have illegal pot seeds mailed to your home? Don't worry if the cops show up, they won't. Oh, why won't I have them delivered to my house then? Well, I'm growing (which you shouldn't know) and I don't want to get busted but it's ok if they question you."

Is that what you guys say?

It's just another a safety percausion. And even if your seeds get found a cop will probably never even find out about it. Either customs or the post office will send you a letter saying that they have been confiscated. Thats it. Peace.

I am also interested in ordering seeds, but do not have any other mailing address to use nor do I wont to use any other address, I mine come on guys almost all of you have at some time displayed you grow on this site, and you mine that you have family, friends, or false mailing address to send you seeds to, I mine, I thought the number one rule was to tell no one about your grow!! Right!! Not family or friends, I mine if it’s safe it’s safe right? Has any of you guys/girls had your seeds caught by customs? I like a lot of other people here have one to send our seeds to, nor do we wont to.
So here’s what I got so far from every body.

They are shipped very discreetly. Most of the users here (and thousands of others around the world) buy things from them very often and problems are extremely rare.

to your address? Or another? It would seem to me that if every one supporting another address family/friend, then a lot of other people knows about your grow besides you and that’s not good imo.

One can expect stealthy, discrete packaging from S.D..all in all Seeds direct is very much a class act and comes highly recommended by many, myself included. Be sure to use a safe ordering address, do not have seeds sent to ones growing location.

do not have them sent to the grow location ... ... But no worries, I've had 2 orders come through from SD, to an address apart from the grow. they come fast & discrete & you get exactly what you order.

just another safety percussion? Why, do I need it? Getting a letter from the US Customs doesn’t sound very nice, have you ever had one?

Seriously now, not meaning to rock the boat or any thing but is it safe to send it to your address or not? I personally will not use other address because I will not have family/friends know that I have a grow room, they may be cool like that were your at but not were I am at!! I would without a doubt love to have some of these fine seeds that I keep on seeing on here, but cannot use another address.

I ordered to the house I live and grow in.
At the time I ordered the seeds, there was nothing illegal going on at my house, so IF I happened to be one of the unlucky ones that got popped, it wouldn't have been a risk really, just a loss of some money. Even if for some freak reason the cops showed up, there would be nothing incriminating.


I would not have seeds shipped to an address I was growing in, WHAT IF the cops did for some reason show up with a warrent? Youd be SOL. Better safe then sorry. I know its probably never happened and hopefully never will, but still, wouldn't want to be the unlucky one would ya.


Can you have seeds shipped to your grow house? Yes
Will they more then likely arrive with no issues? Yes
Is there a chance that you could fuck yourself? Yes


Never know what the DEA is up to, better safe then sorry.

Good luck to everyone with this delima, Id suggest getting a PO Box when the time comes. Ill be getting one very soon myself, for the sole purpose of recieving seeds/clones.

Thanks for the reply, I think last night I had a bad case of paranoia while I was reading this, you see outside of this community no one knows about my grow and I mien no one!! I think what I am trying to say is when it comes to grow room security, there is non better then suspicion, you sent them to your house and that’s cool but most every one including your self says not a good idea if you grow there, well not many people that I know has a home to live in and a place to grow (I’m guessing) at the same time and if they do there very fortunate, bottom line is, has anyone every had family/friends said that they were questioned about seeds in there mail or have they had a search warrant served on them at any time? I say not or every one would not be saying what they say.

dont worry guys. i have the same prob when it comes to paranoia. heres the thing, if it wasnt safe, everyone on ic would already be in prison sayin HELLO to Bubba. think about it. as a wise man once told me, they're not even after BOG! so chill out,, toke a bowl, and take some simple precautions to "safely" get your beans to you. PO boxes are the way to go. also remember, nothing ventured, nothing received. you have to take a LIL risk to receive a wonderous gift that can last you the rest of your life (if u take good care of those mommas ) hope i helped. good luck everyone, and stay safe . peace

Another vote for s.d. I ordered via c.c. and I had the bean in less than a week!! the package is so discreet that I had to look twice to make sure it wasnt some darn piece of junk mail...


I was a little paranoid as well when I ordered them but I had them sent to a p.o. box and there is nothing here at home to cause any problems if they did come snooping around. hope that helps some.....

"Send em to your own address". Use a alias name. That is close to yours or different all together. If the post office wont deliver different names, get some free junk mail sent to that Address First. I always keep the package closed for a couple of days after delivery just incase of the knock, I can say wrong name just havent sent it back yet. I have has SD seeds sent to me many times under an alias. I dont have anyone I trust enough or want to involve to have stuff sent to their houses. it seems a big mouth and or friend's Ex mates are what get you busted other then just pure coincidences Its seems seeds always caught at customs. just my two cents. dowink, I like the idea of using a alias name but I would be worried I wouldn’t get my stuff.

hockeyfan68, I do believe so, it is a federal offence to play around with the mail, I don’t know about were you live but were I am at when taking out a PO Box you also have to give a physical address, you probably could take out a PO Box in your real name that way there would be less suspicion and then give them a false address, maybe this would work but if caught there could be charges to pay.

I have previously sent seeds to places other than my grow spot, although currently I have them sent straight to me using an alias.
I haven't heard nor seen from the Leo, in over 2 years so I feel somewhat secure with either method.

BTW- I do agree its better to not get anyone else involved, especially if they won't be reaping the rewards of their unknown risk.

Big Toke, I used an alias of sorts.....I used a recently deceased relatives name on the package.....also I have had that p.o. box from the days when you could walk in and sign your name to box # without any other proof and the employee's down there know me very well.....they just thought I was probably doing some estate work!

A p.o. box wouldn't be any safer than your home address, you have to give all that info to open a p.o. box anyway, so what's the diff?

But you CAN have mail sent to your local post office via "general delivery".... you just have to show I.D. to pick up your mail.
So if you had a fake I.D. for "Joe Blow" just make sure you have an I.D. matching.

Since I don't intend on selling....
and I'm only growing for personal use (3-4 plants)
then maybe I'd be safe to have beans sent to my address.
Right?
