It's great to see you using the oldtimer's haze line for your own breeding projects :)

It's in the hybrids when the haze line shines again.

Ur_Humbl_Nr8tor, new years of 2012, the last year of the mayan calendar, is a perfect time to smoke a 6 months cured purple ot haze bud...
I don't think you have to depend on your actual stock of buds, you don't have to grow OT Haze by itself but its better to grow it along with other strains you normally grow, because when these are ready then the hazes will be just starting to flower and you won't run out of buds.

We're about there (december 2012), still have them buds :D

I have 5 or 6 grams of the original green OTH I grew out many moons ago. I will be saving most of it for the coming of Quetzalcoatl's prophecies at years end (and hopefully a little bit more should prophecies prove untrue). That haze is still a bright shining star and it's potency has not diminished (but flourished) by my accounts.

I also have the Purple Haze Thai F1 and the bubble hash I made from it (which is very potent, clean and up).

I think I'm covered (with haze) into the new epoch.

Cheers and all the best.

Hello mukuku,

Oldtimer's Haze stock available this year and next ones is a mix of Green 1x6 line, Green Haze 19 and Purple Haze 23.

Purple Haze inbred has been available this year but now is out of stock, if you are thinking to breed with purple haze would recommend you to try Purple Haze Thai, it's an F3 inbred line, selected for the best Purple Haze traits but better yielding and stronger than straight Purple Haze, like an improved tropical Purple Haze.

I did some root pruning the other day, gave them some time to recover and switched to 12/12. Looking nice and healthy at the moment. Will pot up into finals in the next week or so after the initial stretch has slowed down. Once flowers start forming, I shall put up a few pictures. Now just to wait 20+ weeks. :)

Hello numide,

I have never seen an oldtimer's haze maturing with botrytis unless the flowers were affected by worms. It's almost inmune to this kind of mold when it rains or under high humid rates.

But she is not so resistant against powdery mildew.

Im glad you are having fun crossing hazes with other good sativas. Hope you find interesting things on the way.

Best wishes and enjoy the fruits of your good work.
