It's going to be really interesting to follow the development of all the pure Haze lines you are growing together UniqueFlower4 :tiphat:
I bet Oldtimer's Haze is going to be the last of being harvested. The more Original Haze seedlings i recently see, the more Mexican influence i detect in their structures, therefore of faster flowering.

I guess should be fine for january as they will be quicker than pure OTH. And green phenos of OTH usually are quicker than the purple or gold OTH phenos.
The extreme Haze could be a little more extreme compared to the 2 others. But still has Nl5 genes in it.

OTH green pheno on the right

Not sure on this as you can see the plants up close and personal....but to me i would have thought the one you have on the right looks more like the sativa 5c phenotype...has the slightly wider thicker leaves and the hazeC structure..tops out like the hazeC type...probably your longest flowering phenotype there ..looks like you have a bit more nitrogen and slightly more clawing than the female mother pictured used in this cross ..while the one on the left looks more like the ot1hz male phenotype with the very slim long leaves and a female version of the male ot1hz phenotype used in the cross....above are the exact parent plants used in this cross....the 22 week 5c female and the 16 + week male. They still look awesome either way...and I could be completely wrong....but geat plants still.....if possible is there any chance we can get a full shot of the plants please Johnny...thanks.

To all the guys putting up pictures of there ot1hz they all look remarkably beautiful...good job guys

Beautiful OTH Uruguayan sunshine pics, Unique Flower. Been absent for a bit but hope to add some spice soon. Old school 3F x 6M, busted the last seeds and have three babies now in gallon pots. dubi will have to remind me how old those seeds are. I think 2007, so 14 years. I soaked the OTH in a small amount of spring water for about 20 hours and then straight into a planting mix. Solo cups for a while. All three popped and are rocking.

Hi Dark, great attention to details. As always.
The one on the left is a random Seedsman OH, while the OT1 on the right I would describe it as the most "dutch" Haze or more HazeA/C terps I have found in 2 packs of OT1. And it s a fast pheno. 16 weeker/ or even quicker.
I don't think it is a pheno like the male above.
Different structure. Shorter leaf blades.
Unfortunately no pics. Lost them all few years ago.

Trying my first OTH and it is just as difficult as described. This one is 3 months under 11-13, pollenated early with a male OTH and more recently with some homebrew dust. The first batch of seeds is done and the second should go for another month to be sure.

The plant doesn’t seem to want to flower, it’s got other things going on, like this late weird stretch. Some of the sites look normal in the background, but very small, others are like this one. All around the plant too, not just in the bright spots near the light.

I had to add some light fertilizer recently, as it was dropping yellow leaves too fast for comfort. Lost almost all the big fans.

Thoughts? Thank you.

Hi Ralph W. Llama, yeah Oldtimer's Haze is wild, and she overall doesn't like much indoors.
Are you flowering from seed or clones ? Are you flowering other OTHaze females or just this one ?

Such regrowth on extreme tropical sativas well entered into flowering usually happens indoors with very stable photoperiods (it won't happen outdoors unless they are under an increase of photoperiod close or over 12/12), and in my experience the causes are: too much heat on that top of the plant and/or an overfeeding in nitrogen.

Thanks, Dubi. I suspected the nitrogen might be a factor. After several successful 16-18 weekers like a crazy long Zamaldelica, I thought I had the game.

This is a single OTH from seed that takes up most of the area. I tried another earlier in the spring and it had finishing issues too, but better smells and resin. Neither of them seemed to like the circumstances.

Good thing for hybrids, the 2 girls and a boy got around. The male finished at 7 feet indoors, way past the light.

You are welcome Ralph W. Llama, Oldtimer's Haze is on a much higher level of 'tropicalness' even when compared with the most tropical Zamaldelica regulars. In fact, OTH is consistently the most tropical sativa i know of. What OTH crosses are you doing ?

Great sight UniqueFlower4 ;) Guess you are planning another of your great sativa light deps. That's the way to finish properly Oldtimer's Haze in non tropìcal climates, she really loves the outdoors and the strong light intensity of these summer months. keep up the good job friend!

Hey Dubi,

Over the last few months, I used OTH pollen on both OTH females, an Elvis backcross, a Panama (the one I shared pics of recently) and a Seedsman Jack Herer. I also dropped some Chem/Elvis/Sk pollen on one of the OTH females. I have not enough legality to fire all the beans I want. Yet.

So, maybe I am on to a new method. I did what any good punter would do, I punted.

When I got tired of housing that OTH and knowing that it likes real sun, it got booted outside recently. At 44N in late June.

Conventional wisdom says it will reveg. However, it’s still flowering , better than inside and seems to be finishing. With 15 plus hours of light. The roots are certainly restricted in a small fabric pot, which appears to be part of the magic.

Will take a picture and update.

A solo OTH in my tent, showed female preflowers after ~2 weeks of 11.5/12.5, around 60cm currently with less than (edit: meant to say3) 3 weeks veg and two times topped. All she needed until now is a good soil and a generous top dressing with EWC + epsom.

Even with the long days, she likes the outdoors better apparently. Flowering OTH with 15 hours of light. It’s kind of cool and damp too. No mold or other issues. Wild.

OTH 3F x 6M. From old posts

Purple Haze female 3

Tall lanky asymetric structure, vigorous growing. Grape fruity/floral aromas, Big ovaries. Medium flower/leaf ratio. Fluffy foxtail bud formation.Medium-low yield. High resin production. Intense red/purple colours. Warm clear and happy effect. Mid-Long flowering purple haze

Green haze male 6

Bushy compact structure, medium-low vegetative vigour. Her hybrid offspring have shown the desired fruity incense aromas and powerful electric haze effect. Good flower/leaf ratio. Green colour in the flowering.

I sprouted the last of my 3Fx6M collection this season. Three plants are up and healthy. I’ll be posting on them all throughout the season, but here is the one recently transplanted to the citrus grove.
