The bidders?????....in this case it's just one bidder trying to mess up these listings, someone who is playing a game, as is clearly seen by admin. 
All these auctions, 8 of them, are being cancelled; all made by the same member, even bidding up their own last bids.
Because there is such limited inventory, auctioning these lots seemed the fairest way to offer them so that everyone interested has a chance at them. However, there is no way these seeds are worth prices ranging from bids of $365 to a high of $610...and ALL made by the same member, to be valid bids, well, that's just playing games and SB isn't having it. 8 packs for $3,610...come on, that's ludicrous! 
So these auctions are being CANCELLED and will be started again. The bid activity on these will be closely monitored for fraudulent bid activity and appropriate revocation of Seedbay member bid privs removed as deemed necessary.
While it is understandable, and reasonable, that the bids might go a bit above a previously offered retail amount, bids presently seen on these lots are just simply not a valid representation.
As is stated in the Seedbay help section:
Bid Cancellation
Bids may be cancelled at SeedBay discretion. Only in extreme cases will a bid be cancelled.
The effected lots of the cancellations are: Banana Ogerkush and Ogerkush Original S1. These will be relisted soon, so if you are interested in one of them please check back once relisted. Thanks for your understanding if you were an initial bidder on one of these, simply bid again when they are relisted.
