Wow, thats fucking sweeeet! So in response we get a "half" empty promise, instead of a completely empty promise... Makes me wonder, was there a press conference surrounding the response, with a couple dea and presidential officials smiling and shaking hands, like they just saved the world with a fucking "memo"? So I was told once when protecting your home, under CO's make my day law, you MUST use deadly force when doing so. This came from a former county sheriff, and when he told me this, he said using a bat to smash someone's head in or cutting off a limb with a sword or knife is not technically "deadly force" and could result in assault w DW charges coming about. So my confusion then is this, do I protect my home with "deadly force" (i.e gun)? or do I use a bat to protect my small medicinal grow, to avoid the whole "gun in grow" cartel, mafia, "most dangerous" man alive title for having a gun to protect my home and my medicine...
I really like how they gave marijuana top billing and individual mention for the "dangerous" drug statement... Fuck the DEA, and the gov't officials who pull the strings attached to each n every one of them puppets... We all have choices, so do those DEA agents, and all I have to do is turn on the TV to see what the choice has been to date... I am pro guns at any event that the real criminals bring guns to (uniformed, or street criminals), My grandpa told me never to bring a bat to a gunfight...

So in California, as long as I'm not a felon and can normally qualify for a (hand)gun, and my collective grow is documented and legally covered (and under 100 plants), I shouldn't have any problems owning a registered gun... right?

Thinking of picking up a Glock 19 and a Para Ordnance P14.45 or similar.

Trijicon sights. Laser guide rod. Oh yeah.

gun and grow in CA is a mandatory 5 w/o the right lawyer. and don't you dare admit on a NICS form that you use MJ or other illicit drugs, or you will never get a gun in the 1st place.

Just my two cents. I read alot about how people want legalization and how the government should tax marijuana. I respect you guys and your thoughts on this. But my thought is well fuck them. They shouldn't get a single penny. Why should they. Haven't they stolen enough from the citizen already? It's a plant that grows naturally. Should we be taxed for air to. If you grow a garden of vegetables should they tax you for that. Fuck them! Fuck them! Fuck Them! Fuck That! If anything they should get less than what there getting now. What do they need more for anyway. To wage more WARS! To make more Laws! To hire more cops to harass more citizens! Fuck compromising with these assholes it wont work. If some one punches you in the face every day as hard as they can, and it becomes inevitable that you get socked in the mouth. Are you really gonna ask, will you please just not hit me as hard from now on? Come on! Yea yea, I got the Med Card! So that if I get stopped I wont be kidnaped and held hostage my them cock suckin cop fuckers. I was coerced into doing it. They got there $100.00 But I sure as hell will never pay a cent in taxs. So help me GOD!

The DEA need to change their Schedule 1 rating on Cannabis yesterday, the amount of influence they have here on Australia is just fucking incredible, our govt just follow blindly whatever the DEA guidelines are, yet our govt won't even acknowledge the fact that Medical Marijuana is being used in California or that it (MM) has benefits for all types of health issuses in the slightest. Fucking DEA SUCK BALLS and so does the AUSTRALIAN GOVT.

Sorry guys. NO you can not own a firearm if you use illegal substances, in which Marijuana is, according to the US Federal Government. When you go to buy a weapon you're specificaly asked if you use illegal drugs such as MMJ. If you check the box yes you WILL be denied the purchase. Therefore, it is illegal to posses a firearm if you hold a Medical Marijuana card / referal...

Don't kid yourself. If your caught you get charged with felony firearms possesion on top of the illegal MMJ charges. It doesn't matter if the guns in the home and the grows in a shed. You can either have guns and no bud or bud and no guns period!

Everybody that doesn't want to be tossed in a camp in the next 5 to 10 years needs to be armed and ready for the change that's coming.. They tried to put expiration dates on boxes of bullets!!! Get caught with expired bullets and it's a federal offense!!! FUCK THAT! That tells me they don't want us able to protect ourselves from them... Look at what happened in Iran last year and the woman named "Neda" ...

Worthless shit. The first thing that I ever got busted for was pot. 2 pounds in 2002 or so. Now I have a license for it. Makes no fucking sense at all.
