I've grown his purple satellite. It's a Oaxaca x Nepalese f1. It's an excellent outdoor strain and has a killer sativa high. Definitely has the Mexican herb feel and aromas.

Yes I grew the PS as well and I agree it's an awesome early sativa. Mine were feminized. I just received a pack of Oaxacan gold and purple Satellite regulars for next season

Purple satellite regular outside. All have the colored pistils and purple stems. Veey uniform. Have one starting to flower indoors, hoping the colors remain indoors.

Would you describe the taste and effects of this beauty? How many weeks does it require in flower?

I use to play with a highland oaxaca gold. It was quite a tasty smoke, pineapple mango pine flavors with some grainy earthiness. Still really enjoying some crosses made with it.

This was a clone from Gooeybreeder ‘81 old gold.. I got it from him in 2010, everything I’ve gotten from him has been legit..

I smoked an early skinny dead part yesterday and it fried me so good I was shocked

1973 is my birthday year lol, although with some difficulties.
Sensi had in the early 90s the real deal Mexican from the Seed Bank till they changed it. The Sativa Seedbank had it too, but they dont exist anymore. This Oaxacan was early in flowering and pretty mold resistant. Some old pics

Great read. In what feels like a former life, I worked in the hills of Guerriero, west of Iguala for 3 years. In the afternoon, in the fall, workers would bring in donkeys in a line, all with corn stalks bundled on both sides. Later a friend told me the buds were in the center of the bundles!
