NaturalKaliMeds have you considered using simple lemon juice for PH down?? I'm growing totally organic and i was using a sulphuric PH down (cuz im stupid..). when the plants werent responding well (developing "rust" on the leaves) i took a reccomendation to simply use lemon juice and the girls are lovin it!! nice and cheap too plus totally organic!!

I hear ya on that. my first grow ever, I used vinegar for ph down and got some great buds from that run. I have since started using EJ's organic ph down which is basically citric acid in dry crystallized form.

verdantgreen: I wanted the BB to go 70 days but had to chop at 63. The previous grow that is documented in the diary went a few extra days. The difference between the two is tempurature. The grow documented in the diary flowered during the hottest part of the summer if i recall correctly. The grow in the last set of pictures I posted yesterday finished in early winter. I have very little environmental control capability, no central air, and cannot aford to run my portable AC the amount it would need to keep temps in check over the summer. So my summer grows suffer though I still yield some decent smoke, while my winter harvests have been 10X better in flavor, aroma, bud structure and density, and potency.

Also, I'm not positive the BB is DJ's true BB. That is what the club sold it to me as though.
