The dispensaries rarely if ever have the best examples of those med strains.
Dispensaries are alright if you don't have a connect or something, but the best stuff, like anywhere, is to be found in the inner circles not at your local wal-mart style dispensary. The dispensaries simply don't get the best of the best.
I don't doubt that the top notch strains you all have can rival our top strains. It's more about the lower prices and the wider availability of everything.
Nowhere else in America do I know of a hash/oil market like we have here in Cali.
So to answer your question I have no doubt the best strains grown by master growers in NJ/Philly can rival cali strains grown by master growers. The best stuff out there is probably equal to the best out here. Just more of it over here.
Not a big fan of hazes though. I love me a good stony indica! I'll come back someday though I got a lot of family I need to catch up with.
