it was a great weekend of games and this week is going to be awesome with games tonight, wed, thursday then more action on saturday and sunday!!
its coming down to the wire and a few teams are slugging it out for a postseason spot

/i liked him when he played for oakland and thought he has an "angry" running style
so rumor has it the bears might be in the market for the qb whisper from det , ben johnson
he did a great jerb with goof and could be that piece the need to get the most out of caleb

If FSU finds a competent mobile QB i think Malzahn's offense will do well, and the defense was playing better towards the end of the year. No way theyre only winning 2 games again, but whether it's 6 wins or 10+ largely depends on the QB, and one probably from the portal, imo...

Malzahn will have a run game for sure.

Pops makes a good point, we have 2 games between playoff teams on Xmas, chiefs at steelers and ravens at texans. TNF we have seahawks at bears, not that great of a game and i fully expect the hawks to win by more than 3.5. Sorry Pops, chicago wont be able to help the rams win the division.

Cardinals beat the rams 41-10 the 2nd week of the season but both cooper and puka were out with injuries that game, plus the defense has gotten better as well. Rams are favored by 6, im tending to agree with Pops that arizona might keep it closer than that.

That was not a competitive game at all last night, rattler is not a good QB but i thought they'd at least score some pts. I had packers -13.5, didn't know i could have taken -33.5 and they'd still cover.

Yeah, diving at a scrambling QB who's going down should have been flagged, TK. Makes me wonder if the refs were confused that Hurts was going down head first rather than sliding. Didnt the LB that hit him, frankie luvu, try to hurt him last year as well?
Hurts leaving with a concussion 5 mins into the game really screwed a lot of fantasy owners as well, dude had been balling. Only 18 pass tds but 14 (!) rushing tds.

I think most of the top portal QBs have already signed with a school, Buzz, but the portal is still open till the 28th, and is also open in April.

Seattle has gone 0-3 vs the NFC-N so far this season, but that was against 3 teams that have 11+ wins so far. Bears have 4 wins. Somehow the seahawks are only favored by 4.

QBs normally slide when theyre running the ball but it does cost you a couple yards, those head first dives are tricky tho and i think the defender can lower his shoulder into a diving ball carrier same as any other offensive player.

Is whittington returning kicks now? I guess with the #1 and #2 WR back healthy there havent been many offensive snaps available for him.

Netflix is showing both NFL games today, i wonder if Superx will be able to watch his Steelers take on the Chiefs. I like Chiefs -2.5 here, so long as DT Chris jones plays, which he should. Steelers are getting back george pickens at WR so their offense should be better but their #1 DB, joey porter jr, is out today so that might even things out.

i had breakfast with my mom but she is volunteering today so she had to cut out early
i also have a small ham and those lbster tails i was going to cook but i might be eating out later so we will see
there is always tomorrow to cook up the lobsters and the ham can sit in the fridge
/that would actually be cool to put it off a day of two because i would like to make some au gratin potatoes with it as well
