The Broncos actually should've beat them last game, but they got super lucky with a blocked field goal at the end. I think there's hope for the future again.

You do get a lot of bleed over if youre near the border between 2 states. Supposedly there are people on the IL-WI border who like both the bears and packers, or like one and dont mind the other. Inconceivable to me.

The lobster mac was only ok, Pops? Lobster should make any dish pop, but maybe they would have been separate. I think if u put shellfish in a noodle dish u gotta up the butter and cream content. It'll make it even more unhealthy but ur not trying to make diet food.

Yeah i figure any blue state would have approved online sports gambling by now for the tax revenue. Not that i ever feel bad for the sports books but some of them pay tons of fees to the state to do business in there, like 50% of their profit or revenue or something.

Puka has solidified himself as the #1 receiver on the rams and a top 5 WR in the league. I think right now only Jamarr chase and justin jefferson are above him, Amon ra st brown is right there, Puka, who would be #5? Ceedee has had a down year. Maybe tyreek, although his season numbers are still down with the tua injury but he's bouncing back...

Seems like there's a few Freddy's in the socal burbs, SD and LA. It's easy to forget there's many millions of people outside those cities.

Ive read some articles online claiming the Russ trade might have been the worst trade in nfl history, PW. That first year was certainly gloomy and paying a guy 40M to NOT play for u isnt a good look but things are looking up. Having a competent QB on a rookie deal helps a lot and the defense went from league worst during Russ's first yr to a top 5 unit. Will be interesting to see them grow next yr. Will they have more cap space in 2025? Have to imagine the Russ deal comes off the books then...

youth movement: this harrison jr kid and lad mcconkey look good, both play on teams with above avg qbs and i like lads grit!
im sure there are a ton of other names that could be added ...
lobster makes everything better! so i got this box of lobster tails from costco, like 5lbs of tail
i grilled some up for my mom and her friends but saved one of the big uns' just for this
the mac and cheese was tight and the mrs made a loaf of homemade bread, i reheated the lobster in a pan with some butter over low heat
but in the end i was like i would have rather ate the lobster tail by itself with a side of mac and cheese
yeah the freddys is not that far from my house , i should hit it up and treat myself to a fun burger

dove breast is great! but, they are smaller than bobwhites. i used to save all my doves until duck season opened, then crock-pot or pressure cook them with the first mallard or wood duck i got. make dressing , gravy etc.

There was 2 partridges aka thunder-chickens, the week before thanksgiving that I could have got with 1 shot, 50 feet from the house. No way for me to retrieve them so I passed. They are very nice eating, like chicken only better.

Actually, Terry Mclaurin on the commanders might be #5 this year, he's #7 in yards and tied with Amon ra for #2 in TDs. Interestingly, rookie tight end Brock bowers on vegas is #5 in receiving yards and 2nd yr WR on the seahawks Jaxon smith njigba is #4, so DK metcalf might only be the #2 WR on his own team.

Mike evans might be the goat end zone threat now but like u said Pops, he doesnt put up the yards like he used to, he's on pace for his first non 1K yard season ever. Not bad for his 11th yr in the league.

Ooo, a 5lb box of lobster from costco? How much that set u back, $150 or more? The local grocery chain sometimes sells 4oz tails for $6 each, it used to be $4 each but inflation. But $20-30 worth of tails and you can make a nice hearty bisque.

Duck and doves sounds like a very hearty meal. How are you, Hippy? What do u think of TN football? Titans are treading water i guess, Levis is turning the ball over less so that's something. TN plays at OSU in the CFP, i think they have more than a decent chance, ryan day isnt known for performing well in big games.

Speaking of bacon and fowl, I might try to make this recipe for the holidays, or next year when it warms up: smoked chicken bombs. Theyre home made jalapeno poppers wrapped in boneless skinless chicken thighs wrapped in bacon and smoked. Does this meet your approval, Buzz?
