U have a good point hawk, i think it's pretty much BS when they say NY water is required to make the best NY pizza. Ive had the tap water in NY city, it aint great, and i doubt a person could taste the trace minerals in the dough to discern if it was made with NY water or chicago water or bottled etc, at least in a blind taste test.
The pre cooked sausage balls or crumbles isnt great, Tog, but it does the job for me. Real chicago places will use raw sausage and pinch it onto the pizza or press it down onto the dough for stuffed pizza.
Pizza hut is a shadow of what it used to be but i had a pretty good pizza there years ago when the workers put double sausage and black olives on my pie by accident, it was more like triple toppings and was surprisingly good with that much flavor imo.
Are those wild turkeys, DB, just wandering around the neighborhood? Maybe get the air rifle out and bag u one for thanksgiving dinner.

I find that it’s really hard to find the quality pie easily anymore. Everything seems to be mass produced and thrown together with questionable ingredients for the most part. When I was a kid and worked in Manhattan, I had very good pizza for lunch… we’ve got a coal fired place down here that makes delicious pipe…

He's at stanford finishing up a masters in education, maybe we'll see him coaching on a college or nfl sideline soon. He could be hired as a QB coach right away, then OC for a year or 2 before getting a head coach job at a P5 program or even the nfl. If the colts hired jeff saturday as interim HC for a few games why not give Luck a try? He appears in costume at around 3:10 mark:
If i remember correctly the italian beef was just the beef (chuck roast or tip roast) in a crockpot for 10 hrs on low, with S&P and italian seasoning (oregano, thyme, rosemary, maybe basil - and use 2-4x more oregano than the other italian herbs)? Then serve on french rolls, with giardiniera if u have it, pepperocini if u cant find it, or roasted green peppers, or no peppers, sliced banana peppers or pickled jalapenos, cheese, etc. How'd yours turn out? Good, I hope. Any pics?

More and more sports medicine people are posting on social media about injuries, sometimes you'll see posts speculating about injuries that just happened 5 minutes ago. It's good to hear that travis should be able to come back 100%. Isnt he going to the nfl draft next year or u think he'll come back to FSU, Buzz?
FSU is still favored by 6.5 at Florida, should be an interesting game Sat evening.
Fields looked pretty darn good vs a tough lions defense, Hawk, and he found his running legs again. But yeah that last play here he got sacked, fumbled and ball was kicked out of the end zone for a safety was just bad. He's like the opposite of clutch in those late game situations, u just know a killer turnover is going to happen. His idea of a game-winning drive is a drive that wins the game for the other team. Ah well, at least the bears are #1 and #4 in the draft order currently.
Portney seems like a big pizza fan so i dont mind his takes on food but he's like every other social media food reviewer, his scores are influenced by his own personal likes/dislikes, how he's feeling that day, how well the food was made that day, whether the restaurant recognized him and made sure his food was perfect, etc. Has he ever reviewed stuffed or deep dish pizza, Hawk? Im thinking he might not like those styles, they aren't slices you can eat standing up without a plate.

This is 5 years ago that dave reviewed a stuffed cheese pizza from giordanos. This is like the worst possible pizza to eat standing up out of the box, especially when it's hot. Cheese was pulling everywhere, hanging out of his mouth. Most comments on the video are about the homeless guy he shared the pizza with. He seemed to like it, gave it an 8.4. He had malnati's deep dish cheese pizza in another video and gave it an 8.2, so i guess he doesnt mind the thicker pies.
Maybe he was pretty hungry when he had the chuck e cheese pizza, i dont remember it being particularly bad but havent had it in decades lol.

Two backup QB's will definitely make it interesting. I believe Rodemaker will have a good game due to FSU receivers. They have to keep winning to make the playoff.
Chiefs arent going to repeat as champs if their WRs continue to play like that. Last year they were able to get by with Juju smith schuster and travis kelce and jerick mckinnon as primary pass catchers, but juju's gone to NE (where he sucks) and kelce is starting to show his age (34) and jerick is hardly catching any passes (had 56 last year, this year is on pace for 30).
I wonder how this injury will affect jordan's draft prospects. Hendon hooker of TN tore his acl in late Nov and was still a 3rd rd pick of the lions. Jordan was projected to be a 3-5 rd pick before the injury, this probably bumps him down a rd or 2.
I heard about mertz's collarbone injury, so yeah, both starting QBs this wk will be backups. Ur right, FSU should win and rodemaker is a veteran backup, seems to keep turnovers low, with that roster and defense should be enough to beat UF and UL next 2 weeks.
