Be careful of back injuries, DB, u might need to take a break and let it heal before doing exercises that will aggravate it more. Walking should still be ok but listen to ur body, ur not 20 anymore and ur more susceptible to injuries and take longer to heal now that ur in ur 40s.

Id save the money on liposuction and just try to lose the weight naturally and then use the lipo money for a skin/tummy tuck since ur gonna have some loose skin with so much weight loss.

Tonite we have bucs vs bills, bills are favored by 8.5 at home, they've had 3 defensive starters lost for the season to injury and the offense hasnt been able to pick up the slack. Rumor is they might trade for derrick henry from the titans. King Henry isnt as dominant as he used to be but he's still got some juice, would that signing help or hurt them?

the sob! also hold the coveted trophy shoe in the horseshoe tourney and its almost too much winnings for one man
while i can never touch him on the golf course i told him i am coming for that horseshoe!
buc v bills could be a good game
bucs are still waiting for the oven to preheat so baker can get baked but they have a good run defense
bills have shit the bed against the pawts and jax recently so we will see if they are back on track plus im hoping for the alt broadcast to offer up some fun
king henry would be a nice add to the bills power run game and rbs are dirt cheap to trade for right now

if you still have that .edu email address you might even be able to qualify for the student rates
its totally wroth it and you can sahre the benifits with your mom
they have a ton of movies you can watch for free plus music and of course the free prime shipping
